I'm currently pumping. E slept from 1030 to 400 last night. She hadn't fully woken up at 4 but she was starting to stir. I'm thinking if she continues sleeping decently at night I will wake up at 3 hours and pump to help build a better stash.
Or any suggestions on how to build up my breastmilk supply would be helpful. I never got a good stash with LO.

Just caught up from yesterday. I hope M2 feels better quickly lahdeedah. I'm avoiding Prime day like the plague. It's usually my Olympics but I can't splurge at all this year with Disney coming up in September and there's nothing we truly need.

Morning!
Kids just finished breakfast and we’re getting ready for camp. Not sure what C and I will do today, probably hit the grocery store. I got the bathroom cabinets finished yesterday so I also need to rehang the doors. They look SO much better.

Listening to M sing the Blippi garbage truck song while I get some work done. J is playing in the bedroom. I'm sure all my sheets are on the floor.

Morning! I am dropping the girls with MIL in an hour so I can work for a bit. I think we might go to the pool after nap. I’m also going to try and stay away from prime day today.

Morning! My in-laws took the big kids. I'm grocery shopping, cleaning, cooking and fully unpacking from our trip!

Our children's museum is finally open after being closed for renovations for the last 2 years so I think we're going to go check it out.

M woke me up twice last night. The first time she said she didn't know why she came to get me and the 2nd time it was because her arm hurt.

Is it Prime Day today or yesterday??
We’ve been getting the house in order... huge task. This house is 1000 sq ft bigger for us so we have a lot to buy and put together. I’ll be back to my daily board reading soon... just haven’t been able to keep up. 😫

I just made my last purchase on Amazon. It's an Anna dress for Cadence. I'm done. No more. Someone needs to block the site!

I enjoy it to an extent. I get overwhelmed though. And I do NOT have your designer eye. I’d probably love all of it if I did! I let MH make most final decisions because he is picky and he will complain about whatever he doesn’t like until the end of time. (Which I cannot stand) He has a pretty good sense of style though. Also...... 💸💸💸💸💸💸💸💸

Ok, moms of girls. Time to get C some more toys of her own, lol. Poor girl is constantly scrounging in B's room for his stuff, which of course drives B crazy. What do y'all recommend/what have your girls loved?
She loves her Little People sets so I wonder if she'd like a bigger dollhouse (more elaborate than the basic one she has for Little People). Does anyone have the Calico Critters (I had as a kid and loved them)?
We are planning a toy kitchen for bday or Christmas, and she has dolls/stroller but isn't terribly interested in them yet.
Thank you for any suggestions!!

I'd get a bigger dollhouse because she'd probably get into it eventually. M loves all of her barbies and princess dolls. Do y'all have a shopping cart? M doesn't play with hers anymore but she loved it when she was younger. She also loved her chalkboard/magnetic easel.

flamingo, Cadence loves the Calico Critters. If you see them on sale, scoop them up because those little critters are $$$. Play jewelry is always fun. If you get a kitchen make sure you get all the food and utensils. Avoid the food sets with cardboard boxes, they just get destroyed.

Morning Ladies! I don't Prime, so I'm not sad to miss the sale. I don't need any more excuses to shop, that's for sure. Although, I was spiraling on bounce houses yesterday because my son told us last minute he wanted one for his birthday party. This started out as me looking at last minute rentals on a regular bounce house for like $80 to telling H we need to just buy a $400 10ft waterslide one because they are awesome. He promptly (smartly) vetoed it, but this morning he told me that we are getting one for free from one of his hockey buddies who's wife is pestering him to get rid of theirs! What??? Score! Also, please give me all your ideas for finger foods for parties. I am skipping the meal this time because the kids never stop playing to eat and I end up with so many leftovers. I have fruit kabobs so far, but that's as far as I've gotten. It will be all set up on my screened porch, so preferably nothing that needs to be heated or refrigerated. ETA: I might do these instead of the fruit kabobs...so cute!

@dapostroph, my go to finger foods are veggies & dip, cheese & crackers, veggie pizza, taco pizza, meatballs (crockpot). I've also done cheesecake or cookie dough dip with Graham crackers to dip.

Thanks klong11 and tgrimes, that’s a help! She has started rummaging in my closet so I think she’d love ‘jewelry’. We do have a shopping cart and she’ll play with it every so often but not as much as B did at this age. Easel is a great idea, too—she’s been wanting to do a lot more coloring lately. B never had one so he might enjoy that, too.

flamingo We have a Lite Brite that Letty loved when she was 1 (and still does) Obviously has little pieces to be aware of. Stacking blocks have always been big fun for all of my kids (small or big). And the giant legos. She will likely be into all things baby dolls/strollers very soon since she’s not already. We have sooo many babies. We have a babydoll ergo that my kids love to wear too.

@dspostrophe yes to the finger foods! the apps we did at our 4th of July party were a hit with the kids bc they could just grab and go.
I like pigs in a blanket (I use the Hillshire farms mini beef sausages and wrap in crescent roll dough), fruits and veggies (I was pleasantly surprised how many of the kids we had here chose the raw veggies!), cheese cubes and crackers. You could do mini pizzas/pizza rolls. I have a funfetti dip recipe that is great with graham crackers if you need it. Also a hit were the Simply white cheddar cheese puffs, lol.

Thanks wineallthetime and sands42, good ideas!! @sands funny you said that about her likely getting more into babies, she is currently cuddling her ‘twins’ after giving them a checkup with the doctor kit. Lol. She hasn’t touched them in weeks.

Can someone help? On a headstone, do you put the given name or the nickname they were always known by in parenthesis? For instance, say someone's given name is William, but they went by Bill their entire life. Would you do William (Bill) Smith or Bill (William) Smith, or would you skip the parenthesis and just do William Smith...or Bill Smith....ugh

I also got Evie one of those jewelry boxes with the wind-up ballerina that plays music and she LOVES it. She also loves her doctor kit and regularly gives her dolls (and us) checkups. ETA: I see you have that covered
