Lady Jaye is sneezing now too. Luckily, I had already started giving her lysine to try and keep her from catching the cold.
It didn't work, clearly, but hopefully it won't be too bad for her.

Impressive that you fixed the car part Sunny41!!! Happy Birthday slenle!!! Sounds like an awesome surprise!!! Where did you all head to in the party bus?? Thanks! We went to a rooftop patio on the lake for a drink, then another winery, then to dinner, then back home. We had about an hour each way on the bus so plenty of time for fun on the bus too  My birthday is actually tomorrow but I we’ve done enough celebrating all weekend so it’ll be a low key day. |

sands42 have you tried distilled vinegar? Then you scrape gently with a spoon to get the solid parts up. The vinegar helps break down the glue. Then, use super hot water and a rag to blot the rest up.

wedding He will be here Wednesday until August 30th I believe. And yes I'm PISSED about the carpet. We have plans to replace it but that may be a year down the road sooo... I ordered another product to try on it so we'll see. wineallthetime Well, that does sound like it would be a bit annoying. tgrimes Ah, okay! Well, I hope it just passes though and it's nothing! mwhip klong11 All the little girls on youtube used vinegar and it worked SO GOOD. This slime also stained some of our grout... It's super slime I guess.  Oh and yeah lahdeedah the slime is smack dab in the middle of the stairs going up. GREAT location  It's also in one of the kids bedrooms but I'm less concerned about that. Also- your playroom paint job looks amazing!

lahdeedah your before and after colors are very similar to what we did, so I'm a big fan! sands42 could you put a rug over the stains until you're ready to replace?

Also hi from some random coffee shop in San Fran. We got a flat on the side of the highway so after changing it, we headed for a nearby bar for a couple drinks. We have a parking spot so now we're looking for a dinner spot for in an hour or so. Not the afternoon we expected but we've laughed a lot so I can't complain.

We didn’t paint the ceiling. In that picture it looks very noticeable, but it’s not very noticeable in person, so we probably won’t. |

Thanks everyone! The more I look at it the more I love it. I’m relieved because that color will be throughout the foyer, kitchen, breakfast nook, and living room. Can’t wait until it’s all done, but that will be a while. We’re out of town next weekend, so I’ll start up again in two weeks. I bought a different grey for M’s room and hope it goes as well as this color does.

sands42 if the carpet cleaners can't come back rent a carpet cleaner from Home Depot or somewhere and try that. This is what I was going to suggest. It's not much and they work great. |

I thought this would be an easy bedtime, but all 3 struggled. Usually Clark is the only one that gives us too much trouble. I think A and L are out now and C is crying and fighting it in his room. I shall drink wine to the symphony of screaming and banging! Oh, the sweet sounds. |
