If you like rich beers with coffee and chocolate flavors, the Kona Brown Ale is spot on. It has a hint of coconuts and is a great beer for cool spring nights. This sounds delicious.

I like a lot of the fruit/sour/goses in the summer. I had a great mead at a race this weekend by Twisted Horn. It was honey blossom with strawberry and kiwi. It sounded like it would be really sweet, but it wasn't.
A little heavy for right now, but I love Garage Brewing's Cherry Top Belgian Stout which is a bourbon barrel aged stout.
St. Archer makes a nice peach gose we've been having a lot lately.

Sierra Nevada is one of my favorite widely available standbys, as well as Fat Tire. Love Goose Island IPA, and Troegs has some of my current favorites. We were just at the brewery and I really liked the Sunshine Pils and First Cut Mango.

I'm the opposite. I like the grapefruit better than the original and the pineapple. I liked the aloha better than the grapefruit, I think it was guava flavored. I haven't tried the pineapple! But I think I am due for another tasting. Have I told you guys about the curry flavored beer they had? It was interesting. Not something I would want often but worth tasting. jabbers have you tried that one? I don't know if they still have it. Indra Kunindra? I had that a couple years back at our local brewpub and was impressed. I'm a sucker for flavors with lime.

I’m into fruit infused beers lately, and I’m seeing a ton of them. They aren’t juice /beer combos, but rather fruit added during the brewing process. They just smell like fruit and are light and fresh (not too sweet). I’ve recently discovered brewdog beer out of Scotland. Their Elvis Juice IPA, which is infused with grapefruit, is freaking awesome. Ooohh I had something similar to this at a restaurant and liked it.

I mostly drink IPAs. The one I keep stock of at home is Lagunitas A Little Sumpin Sumpin Ale mostly because they have it at Costco. It says it is a wheat ale but it tastes like IPA to me.

You should get Black Isle Brewery beer. Every single type I tried was delicious, plus the brewery is very environmentally and socially conscious. It's a Scottish brand but it looks available in France! It's not very available in the States and this makes me very very sad. I’ve tried one from them! We get a beer delivery service that gives us really yummy and obscure beers. It was a few months ago I think. We accidentally found them on a rainy day in Inverness. Their brewery/farm was so cool.

I recently tried a dogfish head dragons and yum yums which was pretty good. Infused with passion fruit I think. Otherwise I like IPAs. There’s a local-ish one called San Dog that is really good, but my absolute favorite is Elevated IPA and I basically bring back suitcases of it whenever I travel and can find it. Yuuuuuum.

The last time I went to a brewery, I bought so much beer, it kept me going for several months. I'm no longer allowed to go to breweries unsupervised.

If you want a beer that will get you fucked up try:
Jack's Abby Sibling Maker
or
North Coast Brewing Company Old Rasputin
Both are very strong, but very good.

This thread is making me realize I haven’t been very adventurous with beer, but I do love it. Maybe this will be the summer I start trying some new ones. 🍺 I need to start the doing the build your own six pack more.

If you like fruit infused beer you might like Sam Adams 76. I really don't like Sam Adams beers but this one was really pretty fruity and tasty. Even my beer snob H liked it Omg that was huge. Changing picture

I will do beer sampling at restaurants but then never wind up buying anything at the store. I mostly worry I’ll wind up with something I don’t love and MH barely drinks so they would just sit around. The build your own six pack seems like it would fix that problem.
