Taking the boys to the jump place today since it's rainy. Then I need to clean and do laundry. We're going out of town tomorrow. I should be showering but this chair is so comfy..

I finished watching Safe on Netflix last night and started Evil Genius. How do I not even remember hearing about this on the news? I just watched the first episode and really wanted to start the 2nd, but it was 10 and I'm old. My boss's aunt was one of the judges on that case. |

I feel there is a breakfast taco etiquette that is not being followed here. One flavor that was ordered, there were only 3 of. One chick took 2 of them. I feel like if there are only 3, then you should take 1 and 1 of a different one. Or you know, maybe just eat 1 taco, it's not like they are tiny, they are good sized tacos. This same chick takes one of the quesos and keeps it by her plate and dips right into it. NO, NO, NO. Put chips on your plate and spoon the queso over it, and then walk away.
...apparently I have taco and queso hills.....

Hi from the pedi office B has had a raspy cough and sounds like earth Vader
turns out he has an infection in his lungs. We just did a nebulizer treatment and he was not amused. Now waiting for the dr to come bavk

Morning, lovelies!
We had to make an early morning grocery store run because there was only a half a roll of toilet paper in the entire house. I don't know where I'm storing paper goods yet, so i've been stocking in each bathroom individually, and I don't have just one place to check anymore, so we ran out.
And, it just happens to be national donut day, so two chocolate frosted's or on the menu for my kids' breakfast this morning.

Morning! WFH. My boss is on a tangent about something he messed up not, but it’s *obviously* not his fault. It could cost us a lot of business and I’m pretty salty about it because this is just a perfect example of how he runs his business. Sigh....
But hey, at least it’s Friday!

I don't think I updated you on our real estate saga. The buyers changed their offer from all cash to a full mortgage, and just can't get there you-know-what together to make this deal happen, but they keep paying our mortgage, common charges, and electric and gas bills.
We decided this is the end of the line for them. They have pre-signed the contract to release their down payment to us on June 29 if they have not yet secured a mortgage, and then we'd have to go back on the market. Ugh!

Yikes guster. I hope they get their shit together. They're very motivated (they spent a ton of extra money paying down our expenses already) , but they're awful with communication and deadlines. I don't want to have to go back out on the market, so another month felt worth it to us. |

guster that I frustrating! I didn't realize it was still going on. What does your agent say about all this? It seems like there is a contract signed here that the closing date will be on or before a certain date.

guster that I frustrating! I didn't realize it was still going on. What does your agent say about all this? We had a closing date of April 23 and then they asked for an extension until the end of May, and we extended through a rider. Yesterday was supposed to be their closing date, but they came back and said that they would sign the pre-release for the down payment, and pay June's carrying costs so we decided to go with them again. My lawyer and his paralegal felt like, financially, this was a very safe and protected agreement because he didn't know if they would try to fight the down payment being released yesterday, so this secured our finances for June, and he was given enough documentation from the bank to know that they could get a mortgage if they did the paperwork it was supposed to do on time. Our agent doesn't like the idea because she doesn't believe these people will get it together by the time they're supposed to, but she's very drama and I have a hard time talking with her because she takes things to such an extreme. |

jewels, @trlcrzy I hope the kids feel better soon. And you to mamabear. I'm struggling with a cold this morning but I want to try and stick out the day because I have been so busy. This weekend looks pretty hectic too but hopefully DH will take care of most things and let me get better. Also tallb sing2phins yummeecookee and @beckj2013 I will be in DC again at the end of August if anyone is around and wants to grab a bite.

On a much lighter note: For the last few weeks, if you asked Charlie what his name us, he'll tell you dinosaur. It started one night I thought as a joke, but he is consistent with it. Now whenever he sees an animal outside he screams"Hi, Bird! Do you know my name? It's dinosaur!"

Last load of laundry commences. Throwing in the guest-room sheets while we're at it. My washing machine is probably going to revolt at any minute. Also, B just dug Puppy and Guff (his lovey) out of the dryer and you'd think he won the lottery, he was so excited Too cute. |

We enjoyed National Donut Day today. LO had two bites and was full. I wish he hadn't convinced me to get him a big donut versus the mini. I was going to bring one to C at work but he's not in a good mood with me so he told me not to.
