Let me tell you about the first time I went to OTF. I pushed myself so hard I felt like I was going to poop myself and then I fell off the back of the treadmill. So. I'm sure you did way better than I did when I started π

I'm sure you did way better than I did when I started π LOL I legit googled βcan exercise make you poop?β afterwards bc I had to go so badly 3/4 way through the work out πππ. I went this morning and honestly really liked it. It was way way easier to pick up the queues and exercises than I thought. My only goal was to finish the workout - I did and got 14 splat points. I wish I had realized that you move to the orange zone at 84% because my average is just barely under that. I am SUPER sore already.

OTF poops is totally a thing then, it's official π I find that the queues make the hour go by quickly. I like the tempo of the classes and being able to challenge myself with lots of different metrics. If you spent a lot of time right below 84% of max exertion then you were in the highest calorie burning range, so that's still great. I'm sore from this morning too. Love those clean and presses and goblet squats.
