claudia Infinity War is our first movie since Black Panther, also. We pretty much only see the big movies in theaters, which is basically Star Wars and Marvel

My mom is gone this weekend so we have to wait until Tuesday for her to babysit to see Infinity War. We could try to go to this charity event on Friday at the theater but it’s not imax and it’s general admission so eff that. I need an imax screen and a guaranteed seat.

Two Star Wars movies and three Marvel movies in 7 months is pretty awesome, especially since I've been really happy with the ones I've seen already (Thor, Last Jedi and Black Panther). I have high hopes for Infinity War, not so much for Solo.

I haven’t seen Dr Strange. I started it and fell asleep. I’m trying to decide if I should watch it before Saturday. I kind of feel like Thor Ragnarok gave me an intro to that character.

MH is insistent on going to opening night, thank goodness they started moving the first showings earlier a few years ago, I can't deal with midnight movies on a work night. So we'll be seeing it Thursday evening in IMAX.

I doubt you will need his whole backstory for the movie. There’s no way they have enough time to focus on all these characters. It’s a decent movie, though, worth watching.

That would’ve been perfect for our babysitter situation.

Oh, I lied they do have Thursday’s movies but they are all sold out now. I would’ve planned better but we just had my parents babysit for 4 days and I felt bad asking them before our trip if they could babysit AGAIN after, lol.

Yeah, I really enjoyed Dr. Strange. The visuals are really stunning, and I found the story compelling as well. MH fell asleep too, but I blame the comfy reclining chairs in the theater.

I miss seeing these movies in the theater! I’m behind because I still need to see Thor and black panther. I have to stay far away from Infinity spoilers.

We are going to a comic con Saturday/Sunday and we'll be seeing the movie late Saturday night, I'm reaaally hoping to avoid spoilers as much as possible, because I want to go into it with complete ignorance lol.
I think the Cap or Tony are going to die at the end as a catalyst for the second movie. Any other theories out there? (refuse to listen to the idea that Hawkeye will die...I'm not ready for that).

The beginning was a little boring, but I feel like it’s that way with everyone’s origin story.

Going with H and the kids Sunday morning. We are all OTT excited. We've spent the last 17 weeks watching all of the movies so the girls will be up to date for Infinity War.
I am ignoring all spoilers.

Ragnarok and BP are definitely my faves. Civil War is probably #3. I just have such a soft spot for the OGs that having any of them die will crush me.

Ragnarok was just so so funny, but also badass in a ridiculous way. I liked the Shakespearean drama of the first Thor and the Loki stuff in the second, but I love that in Ragnarok, they really embraced that the whole gods in space thing is, you know, kind of silly, but without mocking it.

I dunno, I feel like the movies could explore Hawkeye more, but I don't know how much more they could flesh out Captain or Tony, kwim? I also know that pretty much all the OG avengers (save Jeremy Renner and Scarlette Johanssen I believe) contracts are up after Part 2 of this film, so I'm curious where they will go with it.

While you may be right logically, I am just not ready to say good bye. I love Cap and Iron Man.

Don’t watch Dr Strange after using the garage. It makes it...difficult to follow. But very trippy.
I mean, so I have heard... 😬

I CANT WAIT
Funny enough, I thought it was all so nerdy until F became obsessed with Hulk. So thanks kid.
Thor, Dr Strange, Hulk, Ragnarok, GoG all my favorites.
