I feel like I've been making life harder for myself. I love and value my time in the evening after S goes to bed. Her bedtime has been 8 for quite some time. But it's been increasingly difficult to get her to sleep. Bedtime has consisted of lots of frustration lately and she is wild and not going to sleep till 9. The last few nights I've waited till 8:30 to put her down, and she went right to sleep. Easy peasy. So I need to suck it up and get over missing out on my "me" time. I am usually ready for bed at 9. But I feel so much better when bedtime is not so frustrating. It was such a simple solution, I don't know why I wouldn't do it sooner.

It's 8:30 and I'm exhausted and going to bed. I feel ridiculous. I've been super tired all week, but had just chalked it up to having to get up so early for Lucas's school and was just pushing through it.

That's pretty exhausting. PS. My sister said she was near Phoenix in Glendale.

My sister & I went shopping and then for sushi. M didn't go to bed till 10:45 & H went to bed at 10. Whatever. At least we had fun. My sister wanted to text him to tell him what I was saying but I wouldn't let her. He'd never volunteer to babysit again.

Also I currently have diaper rash cream on my inner thighs.
Why, you ask?
Because I bought new shorts at old navy and the friction between my thighs rubbing together and the seams on my shorts aren't a good mix.

I always wear long cotton grandma pants 🙄 under my dresses to prevent my thighs rubbing against each other.

I'm going to look into that, calimocho. I usually just buy a second stick of deodorant and use that.

I think I bought some of that to use as primer one time. I'll be picking up some more for my thighs though. Thanks!

I just use deodorant on my thighs to keep them from chaffing. And when I forget, even after they are chaffed, I still just put deo on them. Cheap and easy. Just make sure and shut the bathroom (or whatever room you're in) door so no one sees you. I think I'd get questionable looks with my Secret between my legs.
