1st strength day of the week done. Oops I just realized it’s week 3 should I make a new thread ? Also 4.4 mile run while dd was in tutoring. My only complaint is my Garmin isn’t connecting to my phone and I’m ticked

BBME week 2 lower body done + yoga with Adrienne
My diet is off the rails this week. I’m trying to give myself some grace and just accept that for some reason my body is in eat all the things mode and to just stay the course on exercise.

I started the BBM Fat Blaster yesterday. Last night was Day 1 and barre class. I did day 2 this morning. The format is different but I like it. I’m doing it too! I did day 2 foday too. I also really like the format. The double moves with the bands really does fatigue my muscles. But then, so does pretty much everything. The band is harder than I thought it would be. I do wish she would give a few more seconds to reposition the band. I just finished Day 3. My shoulders! Just an FYI if you haven’t done it yet - in the cardio set she misses plank shoulder taps both rounds but does them at the end.

Your body may just need the fuel this week, especially if you have been exercising a lot. Call it a “re-feed” week and get back on the wagon next week.

I’m stuck under a toddler and have a barky cough. Being sick sucks.
I am supposed to do a pretty intense cardio today, but I think I’m going to swap it for another Core videos from later this week.
@juliagulia - I’m having the opposite problem, I’ve prepped all this food for the week, but all I want are small snacks...and then I’m starving at bedtime, but too tired to eat.

I'm also eating everything this week. No matter what I eat, I don't feel full or satisfied. I'm eating extra protein even and it just isn't working.

I'm still keeping up with my hasfit workouts. My daughter has some 1 pound weights she asked for because she wanted to exercise with me. The hasfit workouts use handweights for their cardio moves sometimes and I have been using the 1 pound weights just as often as the 5 pound ones. 1 pound is better than no pounds, right? And the women in the videos is using water bottles so those are probably about as heavy as my weights.

BBM week 30 done. It felt a lot better today than yesterday. Either I took too many days off in a row or was still recovering from an exhausting weekend.

Day 16 for me done. It was back, legs and upper arms. So hard but I can tell I’m getting stronger

I needed a little extra motivation to work out (days 22 and 23) last night, so I weighed in then instead of this morning. I DID IT. I met my first goal to crack the 150s. I've lost a total of four pounds since starting BBM. I'm 12 pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight. I CAN do this! I'm so proud of myself.

I did Fat Blaster day 4 plus one of her older ab videos. I skipped my tone aerobics class this morning because I was feeling crampy and thought my period was coming. It didn’t and now I wish I had gone. Oh well.

Just finished Extreme day 4. These workouts are longer than her other ones, 5-minute warm-up, 20 minute workout and then 8 min cool down, which doesn't sound like much extra but it's enough to annoy me because I don't like exercising. So I've been doing a condensed warm up and cool down.

Rest day. I was planning on working out but I am so so sore from yesterday. I’ve been doing lots of stretching and hanging out on the foam roller.

As discouraging as working out is because of how out of shape I am and how far I’ve fallen, it feels really, really good to do it.

I missed yesterday because I didn't get a good night's sleep and just couldn't get out of bed at 4:40.
I just did a 30 minute strength workout from hasfit. Hopefully I can fit a short workout or two in over the weekend.

I'm struggling to find motivation to work out today. However, I don't let myself have wine until my workout for the day is done so that will get me motivated to do it here pretty shortly.

Done with BBM day 89! I need a Briana break.
Still not sure what to get into next though. I have not been researching like I was supposed to. I really like OTF but don’t see myself going more than once or maybe twice a week so I need to find something else at home.
So... I’ll be doing random BBM videos until I figure it out. Sigh.

@rosegold I really recommend the Jillian Michaels app- there’s a 14 day free trial to test it out. But it’s definitely the level up I needed and workouts are 20-26 minutes including cool down
