Hey! I’m going here. I’m still plugging away at BBM 7.0. I’m on Day 70-something, so probably a couple more weeks of that and then I’ll need to find something else to do. Thankfully my field season is still going strong so that’s keeping me moving.

Day 10 of my Slim in 60 (jm app) done. I was able to go back up to 8lb weights so I’m happy. I was at 12 with BBM but these sets are faster and more intense

Day 9 of 5.0 done today.
Also went to an orthopedic doctor for a knee pain I’ve been dealing with for years. I’ll be starting PT soon, so hopefully that will help take care of it.

I'm going to get off my butt and do BBM week 29 now. My inner thighs are still sore from Monday, which is extra uncomfortable with my pelvis already being a bitch. If Brianna can do it then so can I.
(Posting here is legally binding so I have to actually do it if I say I'm going to. IDK if everyone knows this or not.)

I’m taking a rest day. We were all up all night again and both kids have been super needy. I’m sore and exhausted and SO is actually home tonight, so I’ll have help.

I love all the fur baby workout buddies. My dog refuses to be in the same room when I’m working out. He’ll be happily sitting on the couch and as soon as I start stretching, he goes to the opposite end of the house. 😒

I finished week two with days 12 and 13. Very happy to have a rest day tomorrow. I weighed in this morning and I am less than a pound away from meeting my first weight loss goal. The scale, it's moving!

I did 3/4 of an endurance video this morning before the kids lost their shit.
We’ll see what the weekend brings...I’m solo with sick kids until Monday night.

Today was Orange Theory day! I really liked it and will be going back. I am already sore. I really want to try it but of course we don't have one here. Same. The closest one is half an hour away and I am just not that dedicated. I can barely make it down to my basement for a workout.

I took a rest day yesterday but have been doing elliptical workouts and 21 day fix the past couple weeks. My plan is to alternate them so 21 day fix will likely take 42-45 days. I am cautiously optimistic that I will be able to finally get outside and run since the weather should be getting warmer. @juliagulia you + Walter = love. Seriously that’s the cutest thing ever. Lord Disick how on earth did you get a cat to pose with you? And haha just saw the puppy too! Adorable. My dog won’t workout with me because she refuses to go down stairs with holes in them. She’s literally afraid of nothing in this world but that and storm drains.

I did BBME week 2 upper body yesterday and BBME week 2 lower body + abs today. It's good, but some of the stuff is so hard. 90 seconds of burpees...just ugh. But I am surprising myself by being able to do some of them - 90 seconds of speed skaters and jumping jacks.
I think I'll do cardio tomorrow and then go for a run and then Yoga sculpt on Sunday.

Sick kids are really throwing a wrench in my plans. 4 hours or less sleep a night and a toddler who doesn’t want to be put down for more than 5 minutes is not conducive to working out.
I did get my 10K steps yesterday and should today too, but unless I can rally this afternoon, I’m going to skip the endurance today again. SO got his shift covered for tonight at least, so hopefully we’ll be able to tag team sleep.

Kind of like Stitch from Lilo and Stitch. ETA an anecdote about my cat- yesterday my FIL was walking the dog about five blocks from our house and the cat jumped out of some bushes and landed on the dog's back and proceeded to hang on like a little jockey on a horse for about a minute while biting the poor dog's head. They're best friends.

I took yesterday off because I wasn’t feeling great. Still not feeling great but decided to sweat it out. Did day 11 cardio and 12 strength
I have a 5k Sunday and haven’t run all week. I was going to use it for pacing my next half. But now maybe not.

I ran tonight...first time in weeks because the weather has been absolute crap. Today was beautiful though. I only did a couple miles but they were fast! I got a PR on my mile and my 1k. To be clear they were fast for me. I’m not at all fast.
I’m icing my quads/knees/back and feeling all sorts of accomplished. Haha for two whole miles. Baby steps, right?
I can say that the combo of BBM, elliptical, and 21 day fix more than kept me in running shape this fall and winter. I felt strong today.

Today was officially a fail. But it’s only the second Friday night in a year that SO has been home. (The other was when the kids were in the hospital last winter with RSV).
We got BBQ take out and are having wine.
I’m going to try and rally the kids for a ride in the bike tomorrow if I don’t get a workout in at home...hopefully I get both.

I did the day 15 fit test and day 16 cardio videos this morning. Man my legs are sore. I improved my fit test scores overall and held the elbow plank for a full 50 seconds so that’s 👍🏻

I did BBME week 2 cardio and a 25 minute outdoor run. I haven’t run outside in over a month but I felt great!
