Bbm extreme day 6 done. I managed all four rounds of cardio today! I only made it through 2 earlier in the week. My 12lb weights came in so I'm excited to start using those for week 2. I should have switched to 12s during 7.0 but I never did.

@rosegold I really recommend the Jillian Michaels app- there’s a 14 day free trial to test it out. But it’s definitely the level up I needed and workouts are 20-26 minutes including cool down Tried this today and I liked it. Thanks!!

My Nike+ training has been less intense than BBM, but the program I’m doing is called “long and lean” and so I am definitely sore and feeling more toned. I think it’s a great 6 week interlude before something else and summer weather, which means lots of walking and bike rides.

Are we going to have a new thread? Or should we just continue to hang out here? I finished week 4 of BBM 5.0 Friday and took an extra rest day. We went out for brunch yesterday as a late birthday celebration and I ate my weight in calories. Oh well. I'll pick up with week 5 this evening.
