We bought our first house when I was 24 (MH was 32) and engaged. We brought all of our babies home in that house and just sold it last year.
Eta. to say my name wasn't actually on that house, but the down payment was my saving and we got married shortly thereafter, so I consider it the first house I/we bought.

DH bought a house at age 25 just after we got engaged. I moved in a year later. We sold it and I technically bought my first house at age 31, where we live now.

I was 30 when we bought our first house. I think. 4 years later, we’re still in it. We aren’t likely to move anytime soon but you never know.

I was 27. We're 4 years into a 5 year mortgage term. Plan to sell next year and get something a little bigger. It's a lovely starter home, but not big enough for a growing family.

Bought at 28 in an expensive AF market (but not as bad as Toronto or Vancouver). We still live there and will for the next few years at least. At some point this townhouse is going to be too small for two children, so hopefully we'll move before they start trying to kill each other regularly.

We closed on our house a few days before my 25th birthday. We still live here 9 years later, though we are moving out of state in a few months. We will keep this home in CA as a rental property and buy a new home in WA.

We bought our house at 23 and still live there 7 years later. I love this house, but there a few things I would also like to change (I need a master bathroom!!). In a few years we'll either do a renovation/addition on this house or build from scratch. This is dependent on my husband finding a permanent job first, though.

Ten days after my 26th birthday. We just moved out two months ago and are now in our "until retirement" home.
Then we're buying a vacation property up north for the summers and travelling the rest of the year.

26 and still live there at 47. The house is unrecognizable vs when we bought it due to major renovations.

Yes, we still live in the first house we bought. When we bought we had a 3-5 year exit plan as it's a townhome and we'd eventually need a bigger home. We just started year 5 and will hopefully be moving out this year or early next.

32, we've been in our townhouse coming up on 2 years. Hope something bigger (but affordable) comes along in our neighborhood in the next year or so.

I had just turned 30 and MH was 29. We closed 2 years ago next month and unless he makes a job change that requires moving I don't plan on ever leaving

We were 32. We’re in a high cost of living area. ] We just bought our second and still own the first. Because we’re insane.

I bought my first property at 26. I lived in the apartment upstairs and ran my business out of the main floor. I still run the business but rent out the apartment.
I met my husband a year after buying my place and we bought a house in 2014. Will probably stay there forever and I’ll keep my property for at least the next 20 years. It’s part of my retirement plan.

H (then BF) bought our townhouse when he was 19. We bought our current home at 24 and sold the townhouse at 28. Being a landlord was not my favorite.

My H was already buying the house he lived in when I moved in with him. We don’t live there, but still own it.
I bought a rent house at 31 I think.
I built/bought our current house at 37
