Still renting... mother effer. I'll be in the 31-35 category once I have my butt in gear.

Bought it in our early 20s and sold it after 8 years. We bought bigger than we needed at the time which served us well as we added 2 dogs and 2 kids to the mix over the years.

I think I was 27 when we bought our first house. We sold it seven years later.

My H and I bought a house together just after we got engaged. It was very much a no children house, with an incredible view. We moved into our current house when I was pregnant. We will live here forever (I hope. H would like to move some day.)

If I get to count the refinance of our old house with DH, then 26 and no.
If it is having to go through the actual purchasing process, then 31 and yes.

Lived with my parents for a couple years after college, then rented for a couple years, then moved in with SO (who brought his house before we met). We still live there. I would like to move but I don’t know if it’s doable anything soon.

No, lived there for 7 years and built. I loved that house, 1920's bungalow. We were just busting at the seams. And it was torn down last year for a convenience store

I am 31 and have never purchased a home. I think I might be okay with renting forever.

We bought our first house together 2 years ago when I was 27. Just sold it and bought our second, very long term, home. H bought a co-op at 21 (10 years ago) immediately before the housing market crash, and now we are so stuck with that place. We are waiting until we can at least get what we owe on it.

We were 26 and we sold the condo a few years later taking a 30k dollar loss. We’ve been in our current place for almost 9 years.

Never - we're still renting. I'm honestly not sure if I ever want to become a homeowner. I like that I can have other people fix things for me and I don't have to worry about yard work or maintenance.

SO was 24 when he bought his first house. He still has it as a rental property. And he bought his parents’ home, which we intend to move into when we decide to move back to his country. He’s house-sentimental. I am not.

H bought the house when he was 28 I think. I moved in 2 years later at age 25.
We still live there. I hate this house. It's tiny and weird (for a house it's weird). Looking at some of the renovating decisions he made you can tell a single dude made those decisions with zero input from anyone else.
I am hoping to put it up for sale this summer and after we see what we get out of it we will look for something new.
