Let me know when you start. I may join you. I heard on one of her FB groups that the early challenges were harder than the past few. I was originally thinking starting at the beginning of September to have a program to get through the fall, assuming she'd have 7.0 to release in January again, but I'm open to whenever really. Whatever works, if there is a group of us In a couple of weeks might be good timing for me, actually. Our rec center membership will be up then so I'll be switching back to home workouts.

E and I went to baby boot camp this morning. So many squats, push ups, weights, oh my. So good.
You know what's hard when you're super pregnant? Tricep dips. Hello belly, lol.

leatherpants and @rocknroll, I like this idea! I found that doing 6.0 with others on TCF really helped me stay accountable. Ive sort of restarted 6.0, but it's been haphazard. I've heard that 2.0 is better than 1.0, but I'm not sure if that's just filming technique or workout difficulty. Do you guys know if there's any truth to that? I suppose I could just go look. 😁

I did my last run this morning for a bit, wrapped up level 3 of the Jillian Michaels iFit Lose Weight treadmill program. I'm going to focus on the Turbo Fire this month and maybe start running again when I go back to weights next month. Tell more about the treadmill program...

I only worked out once when we were in Vegas, but we did walk a ton. Of course, DS has an ear infection now, so between that and catching up on work, I'm not getting much in. I'm going to a concert tomorrow night, so I really hope I can get a workout in tonight and maybe tomorrow morning.

It's done through iFit, so you have to have a membership. Basically it downloads the 6 week program onto my treadmill and I just have to press start. Darn. I don't iPhone.

It has nothing to do with iPhones. They have horrendous customer service. Quite possibly the biggest bunch of technologically impaired morons I have come across that are attempting to run a site on the internet.

Knocked out a WOD posted a few days ago at the crossfit site I frequent.
It wasn't pretty and it wasn't unbroken, but it's done. My shoulders are going to be pissed in the morning.

I ran 3 miles while pushing DS at a 10:30 mi/mile pace. Not bad for really slacking lately.
My goal the next week is to run 3 more times, and lift twice and (maybe) get in a class. DS is staying at my mom's tonight so I'm hoping to get to the gym tomorrow before work.

Went to BBC this morning. DD had fun and I got a good workout in. We did a lot of free weight and AMRP cardio bursts. As soon as DD is up from her nap we're going to go walk a few miles with my mom too, so today should be a solid day for me.

I can do one if I get a little jump or coming off of a chair, but I cannot do one from a dead hang. I've been using bands to do them and I have moved to a the smallest band but can't do many that way. We are TFAS so this may all go out the window.

I killed my legs yesterday. I need to get better at rolling and stretching before bed because I'm super sore today.
I haven't gotten any runs in since getting MIL's bad news. I need to get out of this funk.

I decided to try do some stretching and after oh so gracefully ending up on the floor, when DH came in and gave me a "Da fuq is going on in here look" I rolled to my back and said "I live here now".
I at least got in some good stretching, small amount of torture with a pressure point ball, and some abs.

Yesterday I did a chest workout and then 30 minutes of outdoor bootcamp. There is also a class on Wednesday mornings, and since I had to be in the office today, I decided to show up this morning as well. And now I'm tired and smelly and want either a nap or a giant coffee.
