I've gained 6 lbs since fathers day, so I need to go here.
I just moved away from my gym and I didn't join the one closer to me. I was never able to go due to my work and kid schedule and it was a waste of money. I have a treadmill and I am going to try C25K again, even though I was dying of knee pain like a week in last time.
I'm going to look at those workout videos that are online too, so I can workout around nap time, etc instead of trying to get to the gym after work.

Roughly 2 mile adventure run this morning.
Running sucks balls.

I was underwhelmed with my training today. I feel like the trainer wrote the most basic plan ever. Thankfully I have learned enough over the past 7 months that I can tweak her program to make it more challenging.

Did an epic snatch workout yesterday. Haven't done snatches in months so I was surprised by how well I did.

Ok, I'm jumping back in. I put on 6 pounds over the last 3 months and I need to lose more (or at least maintain as we are TFAS).
Yesterday, I walked/jogged 3 miles while pushing DS in the jogging stroller. I definitely need to get back to being able to run the 3.5 miles while pushing him at a 10-minute mile pace. Today, I have a lower body training session after work. I'm sure my trainer will make it so I cannot walk tomorrow.

Actually used my gym membership since yesterday was a holiday and that meant no workout at my job. I had hoped to have two mom friends join me but they had to bail. I still went and kicked my own ass.
I'm currently experiencing some pretty major soreness in my hamstrings and inner thighs. It is a good pain because I know I did something but wow am I ready for it to be over. Pulsing squats are an evil exercise.

We bought a family pass for our rec center yesterday so we could go to the pool. They have a full gym and group classes so I'm going to make it a priority to go and get our money's worth.

Starting day one of cutting all flour and sugar. I did that plus alcohol and cheese for all of May and I felt great.

Well I won't be able to walk tomorrow. I walked on a 7.5 incline for 5 minutes to warm, then we did single-leg leg presses, single-leg squats, hip adductions. We did 25-30 reps, twice. Then 10 minutes on a 7.5 incline at 3.5 mph. It was only a 40 minute workout but the large number of reps really hurt.
I have to remember to never take two weeks off.

I hurt my back wake boarding over the weekend and haven't been able to run since Saturday. I am going to try tomorrow as I do have a half marathon in ten days!

50 single leg squats? Oof. Exactly. This is why I can barely sit today. Last week Friday I did 3 set of 12 reps each: pistol squats (sat down and touched my butt on my bench), goblet squats, static lunges with dumbbells, and single leg bridges. I was hurtin' the next day.

Did a workout of running, burpees and power cleans today. It was ridiculously hot earlier today and started raining a while before class so we ended up doing the run in light drizzle and it was actually nice.
50 one legged squats!?!? I'd walk funny for days!

I need to hang out here. I did all of BBM 6.0 and got into a good running routine, then things got crazy at work and I've had a 5-week slump and gained about a pound a week in that time.
So... good job me. 😕 I certainly can't keep with the status quo.
I've exercised the last three days in a row. Hoping to go for a run tomorrow and do some strength work. The 90 days of BBM were the most consistent I've ever been. I really want to find a way to maintain that kind of routine. I seem to struggle with making time for me when life and work get hectic.

GhoatMonket if there was one site you would recommend to pay for macro coaching what would it be? I have been looking at the three month trial at iifym.

I didn't care for IIFYM, but I only did the free version, not the paid one. I have been doing Avatar Nutrition for almost a year now (though half assed it until the start of this year). It does seem like you would get a bit more one on one interaction/accountability with IIFYM's online coaching if that is what you are looking at.

I run 20-30 miles a week. Probably about an hour 3 days and 2 hours on Saturday. The lift the other days. I put down one hour a day. But am worried that my calorie count will be too low for my half marathon next weekend.

Did my 30 day shred this morning!
I've been struggling hard since my mom's diagnosis (terminal cancer). I used to workout every morning. I keep starting and stopping now. And my eating has been disgusting. I'm the heaviest I've ever been. I hope this is the beginning of me being serious about taking care of myself again.

I heard on one of her FB groups that the early challenges were harder than the past few. I was originally thinking starting at the beginning of September to have a program to get through the fall, assuming she'd have 7.0 to release in January again, but I'm open to whenever really. Whatever works, if there is a group of us
