Day 11 done. I woke up with a cold and really didn’t feel like working out, but I did it. And beat my scores from earlier in the week. By a lot.

I did the strength day again today because I was feeling that more than cardio. I walk to work so my cardio is pretty decent (I'm not running marathons by any stretch but I need more muscle tone than cardio). How is everyone who is in the diet bet doing? The weigh is getting close, just wondering how everyone is feeling about it. I think I'll meet my 4% goal, but I really had higher expectations for myself that I haven't met. I think as long as I stay on track, I’ll win. DietBet told me I have an 83% chance of winning, so 💁♀️

Day 7 of 21 day fix done. It was yoga day. Today I learned I love yoga day/active recovery day. It definitely helped with my soreness. Tomorrow I get to start all over again. At least I know what to expect now.

I’m at my DietBet goal. I was pretty bloated / hanging on to holiday weight when we started. So I feel like the weight came off pretty easy.. but I’ve hung on around the same number for a few days now.

Just did Day 18 + abs. I skipped the first two ab moves and went back to week one's to find subs and ended up doing the whole thing. So 8 ab moves total, I better wake up with a six pack tomorrow.
I'm not feeling hopeful for my dietbet. I've been eating good and even cut out alcohol and the weight is just not budging. I'm down 2lbs from my initial weigh-in, and need to lose 8lbs to "win". But I feel smaller and firmer so it's working, just not showing on the scale. I'm trying not to care but it's really irritating me. I'm going to try and up my water game this week and see if that helps at all.

I’m a lb under my BBM DB goal, and almost 2 under my transformer dB goal for this one. I’m hoping to add to those numbers over the next two weeks.

I’m down from my original weigh in for dietbet but I don’t think I’ll make it for the win either. I have a party this weekend that I’m traveling for and a work trip next week so I have to figure out how to get the workouts in still and I’m going to have to concentrate hard on my diet since I eat like crap while traveling! I’m definitely feeling a difference in how my clothes fit so that’s going to be my non scale victory!

I didn't get around to doing the diet bet and it's a good thing because I haven't lost anything this month. I haven't gained much either so I guess that is a victory. I am somewhat excited for cardio day today but I would be a lot more excited if my back wasn't still bothering me. In addition to the squats that shall not be named I also slipped on the ice at work and fell flat on my back. It has not been a good week for my body.

I FINALLY woke up feeling well again after a week of sickness, so I did day 18 (3 rounds), ab work, and a 20-minute run. It felt great!
I also have been making a concentrated effort to consume protein right after my workouts in hopes that it helps with muscle development and to reduce the hangry feeling I have been dealing with mid morning.
My eating wasn't great while I was sick and I indulged in some unnecessary snacking...so I don't have high hopes for weight loss this weekend, but I guess I will try to weigh in on Saturday or Sunday so I can continue to track progress (or lack thereof). But I am back to feeling dedicated to making good choices and hoping it is smooth sailing from here.

Day 18 done! I turned on "workout music" on my Pandora and it seriously made for the best rounds yet. Plus I got to white girl dance for my warmup. Win. wineandcake get in here!

Thanks for the call out ktg! I started day 1 today and it was awful. I’m in worse shape than I thought I was. The rest of the day will be spent on the couch not moving. But, I’m ready to do this and hopefully work towards losing 15lbs before I go ahead with this surrogate thing.

I feel like garbage today, but struggled through day 12. I was really hating myself halfway through, but I’m glad I got it done.
The one thing she says that doesn’t irritate the shit out of me is “you’ll never feel worse after a workout”. I say it to myself whenever I don’t feel like doing it.

wineandcake, you did the Fit Test today? It's hard. It's meant to be really hard at first because while it will still be hard at the end, you will see improvement in your reps. The other workouts are not nearly as intense. Welcome!

I did power yoga yesterday and BBM days 18 and 19 today. So sweaty!
I have already lost my 3% body weight for the first month of the dietbet transformer so I am feeling motivated by that. I need to keep this momentum!

I haven't checked in for a while but I did days 17 and 18 today. I am pleased with myself for getting this far. I never made it past Day 16 with last year's challenge.

Woke up at 4am (again😩) and fell asleep around the time I should have beeen getting up to work out. Just did day 18 x2 and then texted MH to make me a sandwich because I'm starving.

Day 17 is done. It’s been hard for me to stay on track this week as I’ve felt yucky and had 2 long field days. Tomorrow I’m marching but I’m still hoping I feel up to doing Day 18.

Day 8 of 21 day fix done. It wasn’t pretty but it’s done. Between squats and falling flat on my back this week on the ice I just don’t know what hurts more. I almost didn’t do it and I feel so much better now that I did though.

Day 18 done. I am planning on catching up on Sunday and just skipping rest day. This week has been rough...meetings and a family member had a serious accident, so yeah. I'm done. Hopefully next week will be better?
