Day 16 done. I just write out the moves and use a tabata timer and it feels so much faster than doing it along with the video.
I am not tracking my reps except for the fit tests, but on each cardio repeat of the moves I try to do the same # or more on the second round.

Day 17 done. I struggled with a couple of those moves with my 10 lb weights, I was still using 8s the first week. I grunted very loudly and that helped somewhat.

I find strength days easier, and I used to prefer them. But now that I've been pushing myself harder on cardio days I get that after-workout endorphin high, and it's pretty great. Oh I like how I feel afterward. I just hate it during. Haha.

I ended up doing days 16 and 17 today, even though I'm tired. I didn't do any extra rounds. This hopefully means I will go to a bodypump class tomorrow.
I'm considering it a win because the baby was up a lot last night, so any workout is a win lol.

Oh and those one legged squats are quite a bit harder with 16 lb than with 10. Gonna be feeling those for sure.

Day 10 done. I felt sluggish today, but still beat my scores from Monday. Small victories and all that.

I didn’t work out yesterday. I was involved in a book and wanted to finish.
H had me doing squats this morning with a 45 lb bar. It was not pretty but I figured OK because I thought I had a yoga day. Turns out tomorrow is yoga day and today was a workout almost exclusively made up of squats. I hope I can walk tomorrow. I had lots of interruptions during my workout today and it was wasn’t my best showing so that’s disappointing, but I will bounce back.

I did 16 before work this morning...this is a huge victory for me.
Hopefully I can continue the streak and do 17 before work tomorrow...if not, I'll have time to double up Friday.

Day 16 plus an extra round done! I'm sore in a few places from the fit test so I may go try to use my new foam roller now.

I also JUST got the board short daddy thing. I just thought that was a nickname for her husband and just got that it is a man's bathing suit, like bikini for women...duh.

Thank god today is yoga day. As expected walking is a challenge, and my back is not pleased. No more 45 lb squats H. No sir.

Day 17 + abs done. My lower back left side is angry at me. So much that I almost didn’t do today but it ended up being ok. I’m going to wear an icy hot patch today and see if that helps.

Day 17 and abs done. I feel shitty because I had to drop back to lighter weights for the reverse fly. But using a heavy weight tweaks my neck so badly, so it's either pain and headaches or wimpy weights. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Ha. I thought everyone had given up....and then I realized I was posting in the wrong thread. Re posting here:
I am finally starting to feel better, so I got up this morning for my normal 5AM workout. I did day 17 and managed to get through everything except the reverse fly and bicep curl to forward lift with 15 lb weights. The other 2 moves I stuck with 10s. So happy the timer is back on the replays on her site!
I was feeling pretty good, so I added in 2 sets of 10 of hammer curls, one arm row on each side, and chest press with the 15lb weights and finished it out with a 20-minute run.

I didn't get a chance to do day 17 last night since I had a late meeting. Hoping to hammer out day 17 and 18 if we get home in good time tonight and if I'm up to it, if not I will catch up on Sunday.

Otherwise my form way suffers and I don’t want to injury myself.

Day 18 done and started a Jessica Smith ab workout. The baby woke up early from her nap, so I didn’t finish, but still happy I did a good portion of it.
