nochill - you are amazing. @juliagulia - I think that's my NSV this week as well. BBM may not be a huge anything, but it was more than I was doing before and I still feel SO much stronger. I was hoping to ski tomorrow, and that will be the true test to see if my legs/core are truly stronger.

I did day 11 today and P90x ab ripper. I’m in the same boat as many of you with period this week (I actually didn’t feel awful leading up to it so it was a surprise & I’ll chalk that up to exercising again) so I’m hoping I drop some lbs once it’s done next week. nochill, I do random weigh ins.. I am doing the diet bet so I did my initial weigh in after dinner one night and I’m trying to do ongoing weigh ins morning time. 1x per week usually.

Just did Day 12. Definitely rewatched the Day 10 video. Not enough energy to double up so I’ll do 13 tomorrow!

What weight should a newbie start with? I started with 5s. Maybe try that and see how it feels? If you don't currently have any and are looking to buy them, check Facebook market place or Craigslist, it feels like they are always for sale on places like that. Thank you

How is everyone doing weigh ins? Weekly? If so which day? Monthly? Daily? I weigh in daily and track on happy Scale to watch trends. But Saturday is where I compare to the week before. And that’s when I post it on my running/ww IG. Wednesday’s I do an official DietBet one because I’m doing that membership where you get entered for prizes

Oh and I did measurements today. And probably will every 2 weeks
I’m down 7” total. A good portion of that is my hips and waist...and my chest because of course

@privacy - I have been doing the daily happy scale, but since most of my goals are not scale related, it's making me kind of crazy. I stopped for a few days and will probably just go back to weekly.

Day 13 done. I may or may not have been cursing those of you who motivated me to do extra by the fourth set of burpees. I'm glad I did it though!
I weighed in today. I'm down four pounds, but still up about 10 lbs from where I was a year ago. I really should have taken measurements at the start of this thing.

I can tell I'm smaller but I wish I had solid numbers to look at. I’m going to take measurements today if I can find my tape measure!

Day 13 done!
NSV - I actually look forward to working out now. I didn’t think I did... but I’ve noticed when things come up and I have to push off my workout I get super irritated.

Day 13 done (3 rounds) + 20 minute run. I haven’t run in 2 weeks so getting started was a bit rough. My legs felt like lead for the first 5 minutes. But it ended up being a great run so I’m glad I stuck with it. Trying to work back until to 30 minute runs.

I’m trying not to stress about my weight for at least another week. I gained about 4 lbs on vacation and I’m slowly working it off. I really need to start tracking on WW again so that’s my goal for the week ahead. I also haven’t drank alcohol since I’ve been back which is helping. Once I get back to pre vacation weight I’ll do measurements and some pictures.

I usually roll my eyes bc she talks about mommy bladder issues SO much and it gets old, but I totally had to dash to the bathroom quick between the second set and third set. 😳

I found my measuring tape. DNW to measure my thighs again for awhile. 😬
My other goal this week is water intake. I start my days off well and then forget.

I skipped working out yesterday because I was sore, and had worked out the 5 previous days. I did stick to my meal plan, though.
Today I did BBM days 11 and 12, but did 3 rounds of cardio and 2 rounds of strength. Oh and I did 8 lb weights but still met or beat my previous reps. So I feel good about that! 💪💪💪

I am v v jealous of those of you that have childcare/sleeping children.
I barely made it through the strength today without my kids trying to climb on me or crush their toes with the weights and I had to pause to break up a fight yesterday, twice, during the two rounds of tabata. I can't do it during DS's nap, because it's literally the only time of day DD gets my undivided attention, and she has been in great need lately.
I was able to do a four mile walk today, but DD screamed the first half about not wanting to go the route I was going and DS walked at a snails pace for the lake trail part of the loop.
I did hit 12k steps before noon, so I'm patting myself on the back. Whatever it takes. This is at least "doable" and is more than I was doing before.

For those not doing the fit test this week, what are you subbing in? I was going to repeat whatever the appropriate weekly workout was.

So if it’s the first day of the week, that means strength, right? I don’t have the workbook and it’s kind of hurting my head to do it without the plan. Lol. I always just watched ahead in 5.0.

If you're "on pace" (I'm 2 days behind) I would just repeat the last week's strength. Or just do a random something. A longer run, a yoga class etc. I was hoping to get a ski day in this week (crud conditions be damned), so I may sub that instead.
