I am finally starting to feel better, so I got up this morning for my normal 5AM workout. I did day 17 and managed to get through everything except the reverse fly and bicep curl to forward lift with 15 lb weights. The other 2 moves I stuck with 10s. So happy the timer is back on the replays on her site!
I was feeling pretty good, so I added in 2 sets of 10 of hammer curls, one arm row on each side, and chest press with the 15lb weights and finished it out with a 20-minute run.
