bobyn my weight has been allll over the place since the holidays even though I have been eating pretty well. Sometimes it just seems to take a while to actually come off. I definitely had a great day this week and gained weight too, but the next day was down a bit. It will come. And sometimes we just need to have a donut. I had three pieces of my mom’s fudge the other day. No regrets.

Day 2 of 21 day fix is done. My arms hurt. A lot. Don’t even want to know what they will feel like tomorrow.

Maybe TW? I just did day 12. For anyone who hasn't watched it yet, she uses the term "rapey eyes" which made me really uncomfortable. It was a comment about her H giving her "rapey eyes" while she is doing a move. If that might ruin your day, repeat an earlier strength video. Dude. Briana, no, girl. 😬

Day 12 + abs done, but I replayed day 10. MH worked out with me today, and he told me at least 3 times that she's super annoying. I'm like well, shruggy guy, husband, because my ass is shrinking. Close your ears.
ETA I do want to clarify that I'm not shruggy guy about her rapey eyes comment, or the uterus giving up comment from earlier in the week. Just no.

I have lost a couple lb which is good, but mostly I feel stronger and I think things have tightened up, which is the more important part.

Maybe we should focus on some NSVs like on rest days or something? Those are good motivation too

Day 12 + abs done!
My NSV this week is that I was able to go up to 8 lb weights. I was using mostly 8s and 10s before I fell out of routine in July, but I started with 5s last week because I wasn't sure what I'd be able to do.

She said it after saying "the VIPs will know what I mean" so I'm pretty sure that means she said it before. Which is even worse.
Day 12 done, ah yeah! I'm excited because I legit did those MFing twisting lunges without falling over. I might have only done a handful but I didn't injure myself!

To will be a rest day so I'll just do my yoga video. I'm hoping to go the gym tomorrow. Doing 4 BBMs per week and supplementing with other kinds of workouts is the right fit for me. I like a fair bit of variety, but having BBM at least gives me some structure to follow

Day 13/week 2 DONE.
I tried to watch the live but she was super chatty in the beginning, so I skipped ahead a bit to find the start of the warm-up and there was some craziness going on with a split screen and some other person working out with her and then I saw her phone dropping and there was a lot of giggling and I was like "no thank you, please" and switched it back to day 11's replay.
So, heads up on that.

I need to figure out when to get Day 12 in. No power meant my alarm aka the coffee maker didn’t go on as planned so I woke up late. Then had to go to breakfast (I had a delicious no cheese omelette while I watched my kids eat delicious pastries ). Now I need to get groceries etc done

Day 13 is done for me. My NSV is how much more flexible I've become. When I started 5.0 even cobras were...not easy. I've never been a flexible person so its crazy to me what I can do now.

Day 12 done + day 2 of yoga with Adrienne true series. I bought one 12 lb weight at Target. They only had one. That always only have one of whatever I need. Lol. Anyways, it kind of worked because I used it for all the moves which only needed one weight, which was 5 this week.
My NSV is that I am now a default exerciser. Like it’s just my habit sort of now. I’ve rarely been that person unless I was training for a race. Also, I recognize that I need to exercise. Like I just felt crabby with my family and so I told them I needed to exercise and I did it and now I’m more relaxed.
