Day 11 done, I did three cardio rounds tonight. I'm going to stick with 3 for the last cardio workout this week and try to bump to 4 next week. The live feed commenters are so damn annoying to me. I shouldn't judge, not everyone has the great support system that we have here but how are they working out as they chatter? Also, Briana, I CAN'T LIKE AND HEARTS YOU BECAUSE I'M EXERCISING. Good grief. The chatting with her "inner circle" during 6.0 cool downs was a somewhat irritating, but I find the requests for likes and hearts really grating for some reason. I'm also tired of hearing her push VIP. I always shut it down when the exercises are done. I can do a cool down myself in silence, tyvm. maybe not complete silence, as there is usually a chorus of 'mama, mama MAMAMAMAMA' coming from somebody's bedroom.

I don't like my new workouts cooldown so I am going to keep doing Brianna's. I do think her cooldown exercises are awesome...they seem to be the perfect combination of stretches that my body needs. I too would turn her off though because I rather do them in my own time and I found she would keep getting distracted by checking in and selfies and hold stretches either too long or not long enough on one side.

Day 11 wasn't showing up on her site for me this morning so I replayed day 9. But the workout is done even though I got up 30-minutes later than I normally do for workouts. I think those beers I drank with H last night were a mistake. I stayed up wayyyyyyyy too late for a 5 AM workout.

It wasn't there for me either but it is now. I'm guessing they just didn't get it uploaded yesterday. I checked her Facebook page and there were eleventy posts complaining that she started five minutes early and her replying and apologizing to each one because she had to get it done and go pick up a sick kid from school.

I finally took my measurements.It's no wonder my pants have felt tight lately My scale broke down the day after I started BBM so I will either get a new one or just weigh myself at the gym once in a while. I like the idea of not weighing myself too often for the first month or so. I did weights a the gym yesterday and Day 10-11 today. I'm still keeping up with Adriene as well.

I'm back up .7 lbs and feeling really discouraged. I had two donuts this morning as I sulked.
Now I need to suck it up and make a plan. I need to increase my water intake and deal with the apartment gym until I get my campus ID (which STILL hasn't happened) because I really don't think BBM is going to be enough for me to continue to lose weight. My food intake was amazing this week, so I don't know what exactly caused the gain.

Did day 11 + abs.
I did three rounds and it almost killed me. I blame the burpees.
I also am so annoyed with her talking in the cooldowns. I think because I’m sometimes doing the videos with H and it gives me the German embarrassment. Like on day 10 when she was talking about the lady with eight kids and when does a uterus just stop and I turned bright red (not from exercising).

I cannot abide by the live feed. I just can't handle the scrolling. I'm totally happy to be two days behind and watching the recorded versions. I also skip ahead to the start of the workout and skip the cool downs.
I'm on strength today, but I'm going to try and add a third tabata tomorrow as well.
@juliagulia - SO said he was going to do it with me (and thankfully has not)...so much German embarrassment avoided.

bobyn increasing water will definitely help. Are you close to your period? Keep working at it. You've already done so well, I know it's easy to get discouraged. But remember how far you've come! And put down the damned donuts, woman! I have an IUD, so I never know when or if my period is coming. And I put three donuts down... in my mouth. Tomorrow is a new day!

Maybe TW? I just did day 12. For anyone who hasn't watched it yet, she uses the term "rapey eyes" which made me really uncomfortable. It was a comment about her H giving her "rapey eyes" while she is doing a move. If that might ruin your day, repeat an earlier strength video. Yikes. She really is the worst.

rubysue I did it! I like this cardio set. I also did two Fitness Marshall videos after bbm. Now, I'm dead on the couch, but my workout is done!

I did Bodypump today instead of BBM and I kicked butt. I am going to be so sore but it was great. DD2 was sleepy so I kept her in the stroller instead of going to the day care, and she slept the whole time!
I think I like doing two BBM workouts (one cardio and one strength) per day, and doing a workout class on the other days. So I will do days 11 and 12 tomorrow, if I'm not too sore.
The bad part of all this working out, plus BFing, is that I am starving all the time. I'm trying to drink a lot of water to make sure I'm not just thirsty.

This was the first power move and I crack up every time I see it mentioned, because I imagine my reaction had I signed up for vip and got hit with that as the first power move. Much swearing. Day 11 done I’m doing one cardio round since I run those days and 2-3 of the strengths depending on if I’ll also run. I like that the challenge workouts are short but feel like I need something more if I’m going to win this DIet Bet And bobyn I was down on myself yesterday being up a lb from Saturday. Then I was done 3lbs this morning. So I wouldn’t sweat it. Just focus on water and try to make more healthy choices than not and it’ll come

Day 10 and a dog walk down today.
I upped to 12lb weights and am FEELING it.
I'm hoping to do a double tomorrow and then ski on Sunday. Hooray for a willing babysitter!
