I killed day 4 today. I felt great during and much less sore today than yesterday. nochill, the fact that the workouts are so short is what motivates me. I have no excuse to not fit them in—I can always, always find 20 minutes. I also don’t beat myself up if I don’t get all the workouts in during the week. My goal is 6, but if I only get to 4 one week, it is what it is and I shoot for all 6 the next week. It takes some of the pressure off.

I did day 9. I'm super tired and could tell I was dragging, but I ended up sweaty still and glad I did it.

I did day 9 last night plus the vip move - 5 minutes of walking lunges 😱 Today I did day 10 plus abs.
Also I realized I posted my day eight in the week one thread the other day. Oops.

I haven't felt sore since the couple day following the fit test. I dont know if it was because I went balls out for that, hadn't done much strength training in a while or what but I was soooooo sore. I think I might need to step it up more during the daily workouts.

Day 11 done, I did three cardio rounds tonight. I'm going to stick with 3 for the last cardio workout this week and try to bump to 4 next week.
The live feed commenters are so damn annoying to me. I shouldn't judge, not everyone has the great support system that we have here but how are they working out as they chatter? Also, Briana, I CAN'T LIKE AND HEARTS YOU BECAUSE I'M EXERCISING. Good grief.

Day 10 done. Somehow while dinner was cooking and the boys coming in. And homework chaos. I went back up to 8lbs after doing day 8 with 5s (wasn’t feeling well). I got more reps every set. Maybe because I was stressed

Day 12 done. I feel like I'm doing really well with 6.0 so far. Its better than 5.0 where I felt like I was barely capable in the beginning. I see my reps going up and feel myself getting stronger.

So last night after C went to bed I played a game with H, it was 9:00, and I realized I just couldnt with Brianna anymore. I am so grateful that this got me into working out regularly but I just can't get into 7.0...even with buttkickers! I broke down and payed the 99 stupid dollars for beachbody on demand and started the 21 day fix at like 9:15 last night. The music is awful (thank god it seems they have an option that doesn't have the awful music). The pace is maddening. But it was so hard and motivating. I can't take the corporate feel of the BUY THESE SHAKES! BUY THESE STUPID LITTLE CONTAINERS! YOU WILL LOSE A GAZILLION POUNDS AND INCHES AND BS IN FIVE MINUTES so I am not doing any of that stuff at all, but I think the workouts are going to work better for me right now. Please still let me play and check in here though and please hold me accountable? Pretty please? The literal only hesitation that I have with abandoning BBM would be to lose all of you.
ETA: I do have to add there is this exercise called "cross country skier" or something and they can all eff right off with those. I had to modify the heck out of that one. I needed to complain to someone about that.

Day 11 done! I hate these particular set of exercises, lol.
I did abs, too. I had said I was going to, but my daughter got a new bus driver and she has been picked up about 20 minutes late every day since Christmas. But today it was only 10 minutes later than usual, so I bucked up and squeezed in 5 minutes for abs.
A move I am sure I will regret tomorrow.

Of course now I'm in a fight with MH so I'm thinking of eating things I shouldn't. But I did the workout damnit. Like is for completing the workout—not the fight. Sorry you are dealing with that, but good for you for pushing through the initial push to skip it.

The silver lining of being home with my sick kiddo is doing these workouts at 8:00 in the morning instead of dragging my butt out of bed at 5:30.
