I love tabata cardio too rubysue! I did 8 & 9 today so all caught up! I was hoping to get a run in but a sick baby changed that plan. My hamstrings are going to hate me in the morning!

Not gonna lie I’ve been cutting the cool downs short because I can’t take that much Briana talking but I need to keep stretching.

Day 10 done and I'm feeling it. I don't know if it's from day 8 workout or the strength boot camp I went to last night. Anyways the legs, they hurt.

I only did one round since it’s late. But I’m glad I did it. I also realized it’s been a long time since I’ve done butt kickers and I’m ridiculously slow at them

I always did them with 5.0, but I’ve been skipping them with her for 7.0. After 90 days of them, I can lead my own stretches thank you very much.

Day 11 done. I tried to really push it, so my numbers were a lot better and I'm also really sweaty. Still working this cold out of my system though.
DD woke up after the first move, but she stayed out of my face thanks to the iPad and a banana.

Day 10 done! I also do my own stretches. My outer glutal region needs more love and I like to do a better hamstring and calf stretch.
I do like the swizzle or whatever she calls it. Basically pigeon pose.

I am going to try to implement 10-minutes of stretching every night before bed.

I am going to try to implement 10-minutes of stretching every night before bed. Not sure if you are into yoga but Yoga with Adrienne has a bedtime yoga video. It’s pretty short but it is nice.

What can we do to help you? I have no idea. It's very cold and snowing here today so it's making me feel like just curling up with a blanket when I get home. I know I will feel better if I do it. I know I will feel accomplished. I also know that it's not that long and once I start I will feel good about it. It's the getting started part that is an issue for me. I felt just like this last night. I didnt work out the night before because I wasn't feeling well, and last night I was just dreading going down into my cold basement because I was out of the rhythm. Hold onto the "I also know that it's not that long" feeling. That is what gets me through when I am not up for working out...the fact that it really is just so short. And you can always cheat a little and skip some of the cool down/do your own so that makes it even shorter.

I woke up so sore this morning that I had to take a Motrin. Just sore everywhere. I'm glad today is cardio because I don't think I could do a strength day.

I skipped yesterday bc my oldest started throwing up Tuesday night. I stayed at work until after 6p last night prepping sub plans and we have a snow day today. So that was time well spent. I got days 9, 10, and abs done this morning and then, because of worsening symptoms, we took a snowy trip to the doctor. Poor kiddo has strep and had to have an antibiotic injection since he probably couldn't keep oral meds down. 😷 Fingers crossed that he's doing well enough tomorrow to start oral meds so we don't have to go back for another injection. So after all that, I want some sort of comfort food and/or wine, neither of which are likely to help me with the dietbet.

I think I have done enough to figure out basic poses/flows and just try to do what feels right at the time—especially in the evenings. But thanks for the recommendation. If I get stuck or creatively blocked, I will check that one out first.
