It hasn't crossed my mind to wrap gifts yet.. I did wrap the ones for the sponsor family and they were super cute since I bought bows for the first time ever. We have to finish shopping first..
Today j's school closed early for a holiday party (major side eye), so I worked from home in the afternoon with him. I told him if he played quietly for an hour we could watch a show and have hot chocolate. The kid bugged me for that entire hour asking if I'd play with him😤. N was up for 2 hours last night, so I'm blaming my grumpy mood on that. I forgot how busy 12 month old are..

I gave up. Mh and I are fighting. He thinks I think everything is miserable (I don't think he actually thinks that,). Oh well. I'm in bed watching the iPad. Super happy now! What a butthead.

This is the remains of it. It’s the Martha Stewart collection whiteware salt and pepper shaker. It’s not a huge deal if I can’t find it, I’ll just get a different, similar set. ETA: as weird as it sounds, my favorite part of the set is the little tray. It keeps them looking nice and corralled. FFFC: I don’t own a salt/pepper shaker. Never have. I have a pepper grinder and a little bowl of kosher salt. Me too.

Colin decided tonight was the night to wear underwear to bed. I'm not sure why, it was his idea and honestly unusually bold for him. We're all ready for a MOTN change but I hope he doesn't need it tonight. He deserves a taste of success.

We went to a Christmas light display, then drove around to look at some Christmas lights. The girls both were/are up way past their bedtime. Currently they are in their room talking/laughing. I hope they pass out soon, at least this is better than crying.

MRI was normal & they will see the neurologist tomorrow. He tested positive for rhinovirus and adenovirus and dr said he thinks symptoms are from the viruses causing acute cerebellar ataxia. My sister read up on it though and doesn’t believe that.

My parents took her to the hospital where she was admitted for 4 days. They never found a cause but made the assumption a virus settled in her spine. She made a full recovery.

I think T's ready too, he's almost always dry but I didn't want to push it with the baby just arriving. He's also afraid to go alone at night so he comes and gets me if he needs to go. Maybe the week after Christmas we will try.

Those 2 viruses are like the common cold. If it settled in his spine you’d think it’d show up in the spinal tap they did. Right?

Like, they may affect the spine and function, but it doesn't mean there would be bacteria or anything in the spinal fluid.
