For the most part I’m keeping up with steps/just moving. Water is up and sleep overall has been better. I still need to figure out balanced meals though. Also started rearranging the living room so I can get back working out in there.

I'm so happy I got us on the shoe naming kick, lol. Best.
I slept today. All three kids had middle of the night wake ups all at different times. I mean, really!? I've been completely exhausted all day.
Still did stuff after school though. I just didn't give it my all, but I did the things, so it's all good.
30 minute interval ride with Mila 10 minute cool down ride with Sam 5 minute core with Callie 5 minute stretch with Emma
Yoga tonight. Hopefully everyone sleeps tonight so I can get up and run tomorrow.
Food has been spot on. Water is behind.

Back into the pool today! It’s been since November and whew it felt it. My shoulders/arms etc are lifting way more than I was in November but I have zero swimming stamina lol.
Anyway just a quick 1000ish to get back into it. Rest day tomorrow 🤗

Evening!
I guess I'm trying this "triple crown" that I saw on HCOTF. Adrian's G/L program, Tunde's Arms Program (which I don't get why its only in German but OK...annoying for me because I need glasses to read the subtitles), Emma's Crush your Core 2. I did the first day of each of those today which amounted to about 55 minutes. I took a 25 min walk in the PM. It sucked walking in 36 degrees after it was 65+ all last week.
B - cheddar and green onion waffle, turkey bacon L - made a little salad out of canned salmon and ate with wonton chips D - Skinnytaste Asian meatballs over brown rice and a bunch of sauteed mushrooms/broccoli/edamame S - probably pretzels and cottage cheese

I had an active week last week. I exercised 4 days in a row with a bike ride, run, and two walks. Nothing dedicated this weekend, but lots of walking and standing for soccer games and then some furniture building yesterday.
Started this week strong with a fully weighed and logged day today. We also kicked off Girls on the Run today which was great; we have an awesome group this year. The run was rough for me though, I really need to build my stamina back up. I only made it about .2 miles before I had to walk and I was breathing hard by the end. Hoping that with consistent macro tracking and increasing my activity a bit I'll be good to go by the 5k mid May!

I’ve been MIA. I took Thursday as a rest day intentionally and then didn’t have time to do anything Friday and then just kind of kept resting all weekend. I just didn’t feel like hard exercise and it was gorgeous outside so I did lots of slow walking with the dogs and H and kept it there.
Got back to it today but was definitely in a not pushing it mode. My foot has been a bit injured since I went skiing and I’ve just kind of been willing it away but it actually kind of hurts. So I think I need to be cautious with that.
10 min lower body barre with Hannah C 10 min core with RK 20 min 90s hip hop ride with Hannah F 5 min post ride stretch with Hannah F

They released a dubbed version recently. You should be able to find the actual original that's in English, lol.

Been running quite a bit. Did a mile w/ the kid at a group run on Saturday. I tried to get her to slow her pace but what do I know about anything, so we went out a mile and then mostly walked back. But she had a fun so that's what matters. Got in almost 8 miles on Sunday afternoon and another mile yesterday. Also hit the gym yesterday for strength and a little solo racquetball practice.
I have got to get my food together though. I've gotten so sensitive to sugar- I had 1 gel on my run and felt fine, but then had a cookie when I came back and it did not stay down, so that was fun. And we've had so much fast food. I'm going to get my meal plan together tonight and am planning to do some prep after I take the cats to for their annual check ups. I'm also just so tired of eating that nothing sounds good. What a bummer of a rut.

The meet I ran this weekend went well, and I made way too much food for my help (chicken burrito bowls) so I have plenty of stuff prepped for the week (will toss some in the freezer tonight though because I made 9lbs of chicken and, well, that's a lot).
I'm still annoyed as fuck with my workouts. I'm trying to not be pissed off and not say shit that doesn't need to be said, so I'm just kind of not talking to either coach right now.

Thanks. I found it. They weren't right next to each other under programs, which would make more sense... I guess I'll delete the one and just play the videos of the English one from Day 1 to get caught back up before today.

20 minute run to school and back, and 25 minute walk. I have a 20 minute full body stacked that may happen today, or may wait until tomorrow morning, and will likely walk with the kids in the afternoon.

Got nothing yesterday as I was home with a sick kid who had us up MOTN. I wish I had bothered to do a stretch or meditation or something
Anyway, home with her again today but she’s good now. 30 min low impact ride.

Evening.
10 min arms with Tunde, 10 min chest and back with Rebecca, 5 min core with Emma. Two different walks, 25ish minutes each. IDK why I just really want to be alone today so I had to sneak out for one of the walks after dinner. I couldn't take one more "Mom?" from DS having a question or wanting something, lol.
B - Blueberry kodiak waffle, turkey bacon L - leftover Asian meatballs over brown rice and veg D - Skinnytaste avocado and shrimp salad. Tortilla chips for dipping. Not a great cold weather meal but alas, it's what I planned. Sick of this 40 degree shit! S - frozen banana with PB

Morning.
30 minute women of rock run with JJ 20 minute classical run with Becs 5 minute core with RK 5 minute stretch with Olivia 5 minute stretch with Camila
Yoga tonight.
The playlist for that JJ run was excellent. Talk about two opposing music genres, lol. I really lost steam the last ten minutes though and slogged through the core before tacking on the extra stretch.
My girls have a half day today so MIL will be at the house with them when I get home. Hopefully she doesn't want to go out for an early dinner. She'll have already taken the girls to McDonald's, so probably not, but both sets of parents love to eat out, so we shall see.

Monday was a rest day, and yesterday DS and I ended up taking an hour and a half long walk after Gymboree, so that was nice. It was an absolutely gorgeous day, and today is cloudy, so I’m glad we went when we did. Taking another rest day today. H will be back this afternoon, so I will be back at OTF tomorrow morning.

20 minute pilates this morning. My body did not want to move, but glad I did. I still have a fully body strength on deck that I didn't do yesterday, going to try to work that in today! I did take the dog out for a 25 minute loop, and will take the kids for a shorter loop later on today.

Another 1000 yd swim this morning.
Weights this afternoon and I’m worn out! I’m glad I ended the dedicated strength block on a high note because if it’s like this the next 3 months… woof.
I’ve been reading too late at night this week and that needs to end with all this exercise.

home with a sick kid, heading to the doctor when they open. thinking possible strep.
Will be fitting in strength and stretch today at some point. Would like a run or walk but with a sick kid home it maybe time to pull out the dreaded tread finally. ugh.
food undetermined. cd1 didn't really come yesterday, must just be pms. good times.
