girlonabike that’s crazy! Can you talk to HR or something and have the paperwork on file early so it’s one less thing to worry about later? kbw hugs! +1 to talking to your doc if it doesn’t ease up. It could get worse after baby comes. Take care of yourself! jessijean yikes! Quite the lesson learned there.

aprilz81 I'd caution against stockpiling too many diapers before delivery in case her skin has a reaction to certain brands. But subscribe and save is amazing! The only ones we have so far are the sames that came in our Amazon Baby Registry box. I think we are going to try Pampers first, they worked with my sisters kids (if I'm remembering the right brand) and her son had sensitive skin.

jessijean, I caught a girl cheating too and made her cry yesterday about it. I try to scare the shit out of them since they are still in high school and it isn't as "serious" as in college. One of my lines is "you know they can kick you out of college for doing this, right?" I hope she takes it seriously!

Pampers sensitive is what we used for her as an Itty! I tried honest, Huggies, luvs, and hated them all.

We mainly cloth diaper but do use disposables also and I’m firmly #TeamPampers.

We are team pampers for regular diapers but switched to Huggies overnights because they seemed to leak less. We also have used a diaper pad in addition to a nighttime diaper because he used to wet through a night diaper consistently.

I was a huge fan of pampers swaddlers with G. They held it all in. I am going to try those with little man too. I will switch if they cause problems.

We used Seventh Generation when DS was an infant. His skin is ridiculous. He has eczema and allergies. They were great! Now he’s in Huggies Little Movers Diaper Pants at 2.5 and they’re LYFE.

Definitely don’t buy any newborn diapers. We were able to get enough at the hospital to take home and use for that size. We are also team pampers and team huggies overnights but we only started using those I think after 6 months.

We ended up needing premie diapers and tons of NB but I agree don’t buy before because you just don’t know what size baby will be.

The both were born at 38 weeks and came home from the hospital at under 6 pounds. DD3 never wore premie, but still a solid 2-3 weeks in newborns. I think having at least a small pack of newborns isn’t a bad idea. You can easily go through 30 diapers in a few days. When my girls were still little and scrawny we absolutely couldn’t do Huggies. They always leaked. Once they filled out more Huggies were ok. And the Homest Company diapers. But Pampers swaddlers are definitely my favorite.

Not sure how everyone else’s hospitals are with taking things home with you but we had 8-10 packs of newborn diapers that we took home with us which is why we didn’t have to buy any. I think newborn for pampers is up to 10 lbs and size 1s are 8-14 lbs so they overlap a little bit.

We definitely took home some from the hospital, but they didn’t refill the stash in our bassinet drawer unless it was empty.

They sent us home with a large bag of diapers and a bunch of the formula bottles.
