Today I did 61, the week 2 abs, and 30 min on the elliptical. I did well with the lower body. I did ok with abs but alllll five moves were planks...the first four were different 50 sec plank holds so that was tough. I was dying on the elliptical but felt so good to do a really substantial workout today. Tomorrow is the last cardio of phase 2. I am looking foreword to phase 3! Can’t belief you all are almost done!!!

Day 90 done! Not a huge change in my results from day 75, but big changes from day 1. My big accomplishment was holding an elbow plank for 2 minutes!
I forgot to have H take pics this morning, so I’ll do that sometime this week.
I followed the fit test with a 45 minute deep stretch yoga and it was incredible. So needed.
I guess I’ll start 30 day shred tomorrow and see what happens. I’m not keen on doing the same workout every day for 10 days, so I’m only committing to a week right now.

I just wrote out a couple Pinterest workout plans for December and a plank challenge for January. I'll figure out a real plan for the new year when I get to it.

I absolutely could not bring myself to do cardio yesterday so I did a 50 min elliptical workout instead. Today I am going to do the cardo and double up with whatever the next workout is...and hopefully do week 3 of abs. Lord Disick I so can't wait for phase 3. You all seem to be way more into it, and I am very over phase 2. It is possible that my next workout after cardio is actually the start of phase 3...so here's to hoping!

I did 30 day shred level 2. It was easy in some parts and tough in others. I hate how she talks. Oh well, gets the job done.
I did have two funny things though. I told H while we were rolling out of bed that I was going to do 30 day shred. He went ahead of me and started putting it on in the workout area. But he thought I meant 30 days of yoga with Adrienne. He was sad to learn I wanted to do Jillian. Then he informed me that level 1 on our dvd doesn’t work. I was sad. 😭

I did day 78 this morning. I can't tell if it is just because it is Monday and I didn't sleep well last night or if the workout was just tougher than last week, but it was a struggle.
I am very happy to be back at work this morning and back in the routine of eating well and consistent morning workouts. This weekend was busy and though I don't think my food was terrible, I could have done better and my activity was way down. Now it is time to drag myself out of my funk and GET BACK TO WORK.

I was sad. 😭 True story - I have a Jillian Michaels iFit plan loaded on my treadmill, and it throws out one of a handful of pre-programmed motivational sayings every time the pace or incline changes. There is one where she blah blah blahs, and then says "Trust me. Trust yourself". More times than I am willing to admit, I have said "Bitch, I trust myself just fine, so shut up". That's how much she drives me nuts sometimes. “You don’t get to workout only 20 minutes a day and take breaks” * 100 is so annoying. I get it! I still want to stop. Also at the beginning of circuit 3 when she says “I want you to feel like you are going to die”, I do not feel motivated. 😂
