I should do abs too, but lazy. I did the BBM abs with 6.0 (before I realized I had DR) and I really liked it. It really is only 5 extra minutes.

I just did cardio. My legs feel like they are stuck in pudding during the second round. Three rounds might kill me.

I did the day 75 fit test this morning. Those things are a bitch...but I managed to improve on about 75% of the movements. The ones I didn't improve on were the arms (and I was only 1 or 2 off), but that does not surprise me in the least. I woke up to VERY sore arms this morning. However, I do feel like I am getting stronger in my upper body and am really starting to see some noticeable definition in my arms.
I also should integrate more ab work. Thanks for the Jessica Smith recommendation @juliagulia —I really don't want to pay for the BBM site.

I don't do the fit tests. I hate them. I don't know why, but I just really hate them and don't see the value. I have decreased in every single one. They always happen on a day I'm not into it...they are also really dumb with the time limits. I mean, there's only so many moves you can do in a time limit. It's not like it's max reps.

How timely that I had a fit test day come up today. I did day 78 strength super sets instead and will do day 76 cardio tomorrow. And then I will be starting the 3 rounds of cardio that will do me in.

I did the 60 fit test last night and it was better than 45 but still nowhere near where I was at 30. I apparently had some sort of unicorn fit test at 30. The whole time I was asking myself what the point was and why I was doing it, so I am glad to see that I am not at all alone.
I also subscribed to the abs because the Jessica Smith ones didn't work for me (they aggravated some nerve damage I have in my back). I am with @juliagulia in that I hate subscription stuff and always forget to cancel, but I have to say I like the format a lot. I did the 5.0 week 1 abs after the fit test and will probably do week 2 next. Glad I started at week 1 because it was brutal. I haven't done any ab work in years and it was really, really hard but felt great to do something. It was the piece that kind of seemed to be missing since I have these workouts and cardio, so I really liked that.
ETA I also hate how the fit test messes up the week and I get fewer "real" workouts in. Such as apparently I only get one arm workout and I love the arm workouts. Boo.

I did day 76 this morning to finish up week 11 and followed it up with Jessica Smith's 5-minute fix standing abs and a 20-minute run. Feeling great! (but still sore)
Looking forward to an active rest day tomorrow.

I did 81 this morning. I'm bummed that I'm behind but since I'm not going to start something new before the holidays anyway this will keep me active, I should be done by the end of next weekend if I stay on schedule.
The three rounds of cardio is rough but not as rough as I expected and I like it better than the strength this phase.

I did an active rest day today with 45 min of elliptical. I just couldn’t bring myself to do lower body so I will get to that tomorrow.

Are you guys noticing a physical difference since starting the challenge? I do. I’ve lost about 6-7 pounds (which is good for me as I’m past the quick part of my weight loss). Prior to this I wasn’t working out consistently. I was doing a little yoga, a little walking, occasional running. Now I feel stronger. I started at 3 or 5 lb weights depending on the move and I’m up to 8 or 10 lbs. I can do lunges and push ups with much better form now. My abs are stronger. I didn’t take measurements but my body feels tighter. My clothes fit better. My running is better now. I did C25k along side this and I think the cardio and abs really helped. I haven’t done much yoga but the class I did last week I could really tell a difference in my strength. I am sleeping better and have more energy. All and all it’s been very positive for me.

I took today off because my body is so.fucking.sore after yesterday's strength workout. I will be back at it tomorrow morning before we go see Santa.

I haven't lost weight because pregnant but I feel really good physically and also just really pleased with myself for working out so consistently. This week's workouts would have killed me 90 days ago.
