I'm considering doing 6.0. Probably not right away, but maybe after Xmas. I almost think I'd get a lot more motivation by starting back up with "easy" workouts. Phase 3 has been tough because I'm still really out of shape lol. But I feel like damn, I could rock phase 1 now. 6 months of Briana may be too much, but overall I do like the workouts and format, and I'm too lazy to create my own weekly routine with other YouTube videos. I need to make it as easy as possible for myself. You could keep your heavier weights, and add in 15s cardio sets during the rest times, if you start at Phase 1. I bet that would still be a good work out, especially to get you through the holidays. I thought that about the weights but good idea re: cardio

It’s 8:30 and thanksgiving is tomorrow and I am trying to motivate off the couch. So much for getting this done early today. Ugh.

Did 79 + abs. I did them when I got to my destination. I brought my weights since I will be here all weekend.
Also, my aunt's house is like a sauna and that combined with the three sets of cardio had me sweating.

I did 78 today. I was going to double up, but I was still pretty winded. This chest cold needs to be over already.

I did it. It was cardio, it wasn’t pretty, and I didn’t do any elliptical after, but I did it. At least tomorrow is arms...I think I can handle arms on thanksgiving. Depending on how high maintenance cooking dinner ends up being I might even fit an elliptical workout in too tomorrow. I’d love to go for a run but I think the weather is supposed to suck.
ETA checked the weather and it doesn’t look too bad! So maybe. If I feel like freezing

I was really tired yesterday, so I went to bed early and slept 8.5 hours! So I did Day 78 today. Yeah no joke! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Happy Thanksgiving BBM ladies! I got day 80 done so now I can stuff my face a little more guilt free.
My 2.5yo DD saw me get out my mat and asked "what you doing Mama?" I told her working out, and she said "to get strong!" With a flex. Melted my heart 😍😂 #motivation
She did most of the work out with me too. Her form was awful and she used baby doll bottles instead of weights, but it was pretty cute 😉. Distracting too, but I still got sweaty.

Done with 79. I am pretty sore from yesterday but I do feel better now.
I had to modify the jumping jacks in round 2 because I couldn’t catch my breath. Other than that I did better than expected.

I did day 80 after an hour and a half yoga class that kicked my butt. It was a donation class for the wildfires. I haven't done yoga in awhile but I could tell a difference in my ability from all the strength training.
I just want to say I'm so thankful for all the camaraderie and support of this group. It's been such a motivation for me to do this program with y'all.

I skipped yesterday (did an after dinner hike instead) and did day 79 today. I had to pause for a minute between rounds 2 and 3, but I did them!
I’m so thankful for this group. I know I wouldn’t have kept up these workouts without our check ins.

OMG. My mom just told me she would rather do my day 81 with me than go to work tomorrow.
A. I HATE working out with my mom. B. I was really looking forward to a free yoga class and free Papa babysitting C. She is going to laugh at the workout.
*caveat - I am closer to my mom's weight than I have been in many, many years, so this at least is working.

Ok, I'm back from vacation. I did day 81 + abs on Friday. I made my cousin do it with me and he just started working out with a trainer. His trainer is a buff college guy and I kept teasing him that I was going to put in an anonymous call to his trainer letting him know that he did Bikini Body Mommy. It was our running joke. Then we went on a hike and my cousin almost killed me for dragging him up a mountain.
On Saturday I did day 82 + 30 minutes of running.
Skipped Sunday due to travel and exhaustion.
This morning I did day 83 + abs.
I also got the Surge and Extreme 30% off deal. I think I'll do them in January, but I couldn't pass up the deal.

I am still trying to decide if I am going to pull the trigger on the surge/extreme. Ahhhhh!!!
Did a cardio workout yesterday with DS. He thought it was fun to get under me when I was doing mountain climbers. It was not fun.
