I'm definately having contractions, but they're like every 20min and 30 secs long. Such a false sense of hope.

So I'm the black sheep with 2 of the topics, but H only takes like the weekend. I am only taking 6 weeks this time (3rd baby syndrome - 12 weeks with the first, 8 with the second). As for carseat expiration, don't really listen to them. As long as they are in good shape, we used them. I argued a little with my H on this one but we researched and didn't see an overwhelming response. I think the infant carseat expires at the end of next month.
Sleep for the past couple of nights have been horrible for me. Last night I was literally up for 2 hours just browsing FB because, really what else am I going to do.

Add me to the no-sleep club. I don't have insomnia, but rather my congestion/swelling/snoring issues have me waking up what seems like every few breaths all through the night. No position change is effective at making it go away. I just want my air passages back!!

I’m officially scheduled to be induced. We go in 12/1 to get everything started and my doctor is the OB on call all weekend. Woot! Let’s start seeing some babies round here!!

I'm on the no sleep train as well. Between the cold congestion, having to pee every 30 min, and DD deciding sleep wasn't necessary I'm totally dragging.

MH gets better paternity leave than I got maternity leave. I can take 2 years without losing my job but I get paid nothing for any of it unless I have sick days (up to 40). I only have 30 days. H gets 6 weeks at full pay that doesn't come out of his PTO. He can use the 6 weeks any time during the baby's first year.
