DD and I are watching Beat Bugs for a few minutes before we have to get ready for daycare/work. I need about two more gallons of coffee ☕️ ☕️ ☕️ I like that show. |

Daycare is having a potluck picnic tonight. It was suggested that we bring a dish from our culture to share.
I'm bringing a taco dip made from sour cream and cream cheese. Because my culture is poor country folk who like to drink beer.

NamasteBirches, Ok but let's get back to the completely random demodding on tee see eff... because I've also been axed, yet 25 mods still remain. WTF? I don't care all that much but it's still miffing me and I have no time for this crap today. probably because mods can't do much to my knowledge vs gmods, that's my guess So she just wanted the powers at be to be solely her. |

We got the kiddie pool set up last night. After breakfast and a good workout I plan on having the kids outside all...day...long... Then when they nap it's Momma's float time in the big pool. .

Yes, Target has some that are decent length. I did okay with Old Navy last year, and Tea Collection. Have a pair similar to this style. The quality is good and DD1 is long and skinny so she can easily still wear the size 2 from last year. (She's in size 3 now and some 4T for leggings/pants because length but is only about 32-33lbs.)  m.teacollection.com/product/7m12201/boat-dock-shorts.html#copen%20blueI just got a pair of these second hand and they're fantastic! Tea has always been great for my oldest. She's 40" and 29 lbs. Yes! I love Tea! I definitely only buy it on sale/with coupons, but the quality really is good. I fell in love with it for DD1 (who is similar to your DD1 - she's probably 40 or 41" and I think ~32lbs, but she could have gained a little more) when she was in size 12-18 months, so DD2 is now getting into all of those hand-me downs and it's amazing. I feel significantly less guilty having spent so much money on first kid's clothing now that we are using it for a second round and it's all in such great shape. Also, the way their stuff is cut, D1 wore each size for 9 months to a year (or more). With the exception of shorts, everything can be layered for multi-season use. Oh, and she can still fit in the 12-18 month dresses as shirts. And regularly does. I have some 18-24 tops that easily still fit - better than her sister even at this point! |

Well so much for an easy day. My kids are now running around the island shouting Park! Park! And it's beautiful out so I can't argue much.
Hopefully it'll go better than yesterday. It was time to leave and DD was too enthralled with a remote control car someone was driving all over the parking lot. I let her watch it for a while but then it was firmly time to go. At which point she told me "No! I want to see who gets out of that little car. I have never seen a teensy tiny person."

My kid is super into faces for some reason lately. We were watching Tayo (which I hate with the fire of a thousand suns), and he kept saying, "Tayo has a face! He has eyes and he has a nose!" And cracking up. Like...you have been watching shows with anthropomorphic vehicles for like a year now, what's with this?
Then again, the other night he turned to me and said, "Shhh. It's as black as night." So maybe he's just creepy.

I overdid it last night. MH was at hockey and I started rearranging my house. It ended with me dragging an 8x10 carpet from my living room down into my basement and out to my garage. I ended up with a heating pad on my vagina last night. Pregnancy is so beautiful. Have done. |

Morning, definitely dragging today! Baby was restless all night with her cold, and is still currently sleeping! DS is home sick from school since he woke up with a fever, hopefully no more sickness in our house soon!!

My SMIL is completely ignoring MH. He has emailed and texted her and gotten no response. He completed her job when she wanted it done even though it put a huge amount of stress on him, put up with all of her ridiculous add-ons, gave her a discount on labor, didn't make anything on materials or help... and now she won't pay him. So much WTF.

I haven't read (and definitely haven't kept up with randoms every day) so forgive me if this has already been discussed, but has anyone else noticed there is no longer a "Parenting" board on TCF? @bunny and mack are now listed as moderators for a board called "Life: Uncensored." bunnyfungo?
