Day 53 done! My arms are screaming. I'm still rocking the elbow plank for beyond the full minute and that makes me so proud. No way I would have been able to do that 2 months ago.

I have been slacking with checking in, but sticking to my workouts for the most part. I have been kind of sick and slammed at work, so I haven't had it in me to do daily check ins.
I did a modified day 53 this morning. My wifi was out this morning at 5 AM, so I tried my best to remember the moves from earlier this week and did the same 60 seconds on/30 seconds rest. My lineup was slightly different, but I am going to consider day 53 completed.
Thankfully, I am finally feeling back to normal today and really proud of myself for getting up and working out every day this week despite battling a nasty cold. I am also wearing a dress today that I have not been able to wear in a year (due to insecurities) and feeling uncharacteristically confident. It is kind of crazy how much my body has changed in the last few months. I measured myself last weekend and I had lost 2.5 inches in my belly in the past month. My weight is a slow progression down, but I can really tell that I look leaner now.
Great job to everyone for sticking with it! It has been a long road (and I kind of want to strangle Briana)....but it has been worth it.

I have been doing step-ups wrong this whole time. I've been holding the weight on the stationary side. How have I not realized this until now?
I got really dizzy during the front lunges and I'm getting worried that phase 3 might be too much for me. If it is, I'll just switch to the six week challenge or the pregnancy series but I really want to finish this one.

I did 33 last night and a 35 min elliptical workout so I am feeling like I bounced back from my Halloween falling off the wagon pretty well. I always worry that I will slide back into just sitting on the couch and doing nothing since that had been my norm for so long.
Next obstacles are baby shower after work today and hockey game/night out Saturday. Feels like there is always something.

Done through day 51 and still doing 3 ab videos a week. And just wrapped up the plank challenge. I'm going to sub my rowing machine for the next 2 weeks of cardio. I hate this format. It kills me. I'll do them when it's tabattas.

Day 59 done. I recruited my 6 year old to do it with me. I set my phone timer & did it to Word Party in the background so my 2 year old would just effing be cool for 11 minutes. Instead she joined in too. It was actually pretty cute.

I did the Fit Test today, but no measurements. I have a feeling I had some personal bests on Day 45 that I won't be able to beat, but I did improve on some moves.
Speed squats: 53 (same as Day 45) High knees: 120 (+4) Push ups: 30 (-3) Squat jumps: 41 (+12) Tricep dips: 36 (-4) Burpees: 10 (+1) Alt lunges: 26 (-1)

I did 58/59 and ran 1.5 miles. Neither were anywhere close to good, but I did them.
I did run it straight, which is a feat for not having run in months...I could have run longer, but I ran out of time.
I'm planning on doing the fit test and lower body tomorrow and then running Saturday instead of the cardio.

34 done. That cardio is...not easy. I only did 25 min on the elliptical after. And it was slow. But I probably burned a few more calories so I will take it.

Day 60 fit test done. Here’s my results in comparison to day 1.
Speed squats: 49 (+15) High knees: 125 (+35) Push Ups: 25 (19 full push ups, 6 modified) (+8 And day 1 all were modified) Squat jumps: 22 (+ 4) Triceps dips: 28 (+15) Burpees: 7 (+2) Lunges: 8 (+2) I can touch my knee to the floor on the right side now! Elbow plank: 90seconds (+40)

2 mile run + fit test
Speed squat 44 (-1) High knees 137 (+18) Push ups 22 (+5) Squat jumps 34 (+9) Burpees 15 (+5) Lunges 31 (+11) Plank 1 min full (not elbow)/30 sec knees (+10 sec and not modified)
-2.5 inches in chest -2 inches in forearms -2 inches in waist -1 inch in hips -2.5 inches in calves
ETA: weight is 2 lbs down from day one, but 5lbs up from day 30. I have definitely put on some muscle weight and am feeling more cut and defined, rather than flabby. 👍

I didn't do fit test today. But I did run 5 miles. I had the day off & this kids were at school & day care!!!!! I took my measurements & was pretty much even from the last fit test day. I lost record of my original measurements but I remember making progress. I am 6 lbs lighter than the weeks we started. And I'll take it!!

Day 61 done. I also did C25k week 7, day 2, but I had to take two walking breaks so I’ll be repeating that one on Monday. For some reason I was super sweaty today.

I decided to skip the fit test altogether this week. I lost record of my reps from day 1. Today I did the upper body routine 2x's at the gym & the treadmill for warm up/cool down. I upped my weight to 10's & used 15's on the upright rows! I'll do lower at the gym tomorrow.

I decided to skip the fit test altogether this week. I lost record of my reps from day 1. Today I did the upper body routine 2x's at the gym & the treadmill for warm up/cool down. I upped my weight to 10's & used 15's on the upright rows! I'll do lower at the gym tomorrow. Nice! I think I’ll get some 10 lbs this weekend. I might be almost ready on a couple moves.

I forgot to check in but I did 59&60 Friday, and today will do 61&62. Unless one of those days is cardio, then I will sub another upper/lower workout. Because I'd rather punch myself in the face than do another two minutes of mountain climbers. I'm so ready for phase 3!

Did 62 before work. Mainly because I know what I’m walking into and I’m not going to want to do anything when I get back home.
I do like knocking it out in the morning, maybe DST will help me get out of bed.
