I'm about a week and a half behind. My hip has been a mess with running, but I ran my 5k on Sunday and i think with a running break I'll be able to get back into BBM.

Thanks for the tag! I just finished day 47 and took a few days off over the weekend due to cramps and then family staying with us.

SO didn't come home in time for me to do the first one, so my proposed schedule this week:
Tuesday: 57/58 Wednesday: 59/61 Thursday: fit test Friday: 62
It works out better for me this way...damn the man.

I did Day 57 and 58 today because I know I won't have time to work out tomorrow. I used a slightly higher bench for step ups and ankle weights for hydrants. 💪🏻

I did day 30something yesterday (I think it was 32?) and 30 min on the elliptical. Sunday was my day of poor eating and though I am happy that it was limited to 1 day I am going out to dinner tonight for my mom's birthday, so there will be good food, and there will be a glorious glass of wine. So I guess not so limited to one day? Oops. Brianna just gave me a lecture on sabotaging my progress. I should probably listen and not go toooo crazy tonight.

So last night was a bust. I ate out, ate halloween candy, and did not work out. Not my proudest moment. Today is my first leg workout...and if I have anything left I am definitely going to be sure to do an elliptical workout on top of that.

My everything is very sore today. But bumping back down to lighter weights for some of the arm moves was a good choice, because I have not been in total agony over my neck.

I skipped yesterday, it was my first time falling behind so overall I'm okay with it. I did cardio and lower body just now. Woof. I intended to do lower body tonight, but I had extra time so I just went for it. Otherwise I would not have done it in that order.
I wanted to punch Briana for not just wiping the god damn sweat off her forehead instead of bitching about it being in her eyes 🙄. I get she doesn't want to ruin her makeup but it was dumb.
