I dropped the Tylenol and am just taking the Motrin now. But I forget to take it (especially overnight), and then wonder why I feel so sore. I get so focused on feeding the girls that I forget about my medicine. Anyone else still have swollen feet? It's over 1 week post partum and they keep puffing up (more so than during pregnancy). Nurse said it was normal, but I'm annoyed by it. I don't have any swelling this time but I did last time, for sure. My BP was a factor as it was still iffy PP last time around, but my doc said it was also just a normal PP experience. Ditto crazy night sweats to drop all the extra fluid. Thanks. I remember it a little from last time, but had bad swelling during my first pregnancy. I guess I need to remember that I had a lot of extra fluid due to two babies. Patience is not a virtue of mine ...

bethers, my feet were very swollen for a week PP, almost as big as during pregnancy. Just in the past two days, the swelling is completely gone. I didn't realize how much I was actually swollen- I can't stop staring at my pretty, well-defined feet! (I hope you go back to normal asap!)

Glad she's checking everything, quinn. I hope it's not your gallbladder. I had gallstones after I was pregnant with DD and it was awful. Apparently the hormones from pregnancy can make them develop or get worse. I ended up having surgery to have my gallbladder removed when DD was 8 months old. I hope it's not that too! I'm hoping it's just a tummy bug or a pulled muscle or something. But I'm glad I went in today just to be safe. Thanks for urging me.

Just had my 36w appointment and I found out that I may have to deliver at a completely different hospital than I was expecting. A hospital that I do not want to deliver at because I used to work there and I know several of the nurses at the birth center (they are all perfectly nice, I just have a weird personal preference about that- I specifically chose my provider because she delivers at the hospital I prefer). I also found out that the OB I have been seeing will likely not be there for me throughout my labor like I was told she would be. I know that’s the norm for many OB practices but for these (and many other TLDR) reasons I’m feeling very pissed and like I’ve been lied to by the clinic. I am grateful that I can even try for a VBAC at all but I feel like I can’t trust anyone anymore and I’ll be doing this all on my own. Im sorry. Id be pissed too

For anyone keeping track, I made an appointment for tomorrow at 10:45. It's with the np but hopefully she will take my itching seriously since I'm coming back in. I would rather be safe than sorry and at least this will give me peace of mind. It's something though because I have little red dots under the skin that get worse when irritated by itching.

quinn, I’m glad you went in too, I was thinking gallbladder, but had no idea pre-e could be a cause too. I have a few friends who have had to have their gallbladder removed while pregnant, so knock on wood, that isn’t the case. When mine went bad, no stones, I was in my mid 20s and didn’t fit the typical profile. Upper stomach pains, no appetite, felt “full” all the time, and just uncomfortable - the last 3 also sound like pregnancy.

But I guess it's pretty common huh

Three whole ounces from pumping! Slowly getting somewhere. I actually have to put some milk in the fridge! We've just been keeping it out after pumping because it's good for four hours but he won't take 3oz at once.
Oh, small newborn victories.

Phew. I have online shopping exhaustion. LOL. I just bought the monitor, a new hands free pumping bra, and some other miscellaneous things from Amazon. The completion discount wasn't working, but I chatted with someone and she took 15% off the entire order, including things that weren't supposed to be included, so I will definitely take it! And I ordered a swing from Target. The only GC I have left is a $20 babies r us, maybe I will go and browse tomorrow.

I just brushed the dog and now am exhausted. Luckily the little 2 are at he IL’s, so I don’t have to worry about DS3 getting into it all, but now I need to bathe him and me and vacuum. ::deep breaths::

Guise I actually did something for this baby. I brought up the NB/0-3 clothes and realize I really should sell off half now. There's no way she's going to wear everything. How we bought this much for DD1 I don't know (oh wait yes I do. DH has a problem.)

NST went good, she didn't seem to be under any distress. Maybe this means I can relax now. My H is fairy certain I'll go into labor on my own before next week, but I'm doubtful. Either way, I'm feeling less nervous and more excited.

AnnPerkins I will be expecting a live blog of this induction!! I am really ready to be done at work. I think I’m going to tell my boss I’ll be working from home starting next week. I’m working through a checklist of boring adult stuff (repair for old car, license plates for new car, schedule deep housecleaning, vet appointments) this week so I can just chill until Baby shows up.

This says it’s going to be 107° FML... I’m going to spend the rest of the day in the shower. All the cold water.

It's the last day of soccer today! Yay! The game is super far away and it's raining out so we're not going. MOTY right here.
His team is undefeated so far so I'm super curious to hear if they won. He texted me that their coach is hard on their asses right now on the bus to win. Bribing them even lol

Mild TMI alert* I've had a really bad stomach the past couple days. Everything I eat goes through me. But not like right away, it hits me a couple hours later which is more annoying. So of course I've been having to run in the house after picking up the 5 year from K at 330 because my lunch has settled in. Sigh

DD woke up from her nap with A fever. Awesome. Just what I need. The fact that she went for a nap should have been a tip off that something was up.
