Nunes is announcing a prob into Russian Obama Era Uranium deal. 2 committees looking into it. They have a CI who wants to talk about this. Talking with Justice to release him from non disclosure. Most of the time I think the GOP won't be satisfied until the black man who had the audacity to be president and the white woman who nearly was president are both in jail, their reputations and legacies both smeared beyond recovery. This is exactly what it feels like. 'We didnt know if the FBI was investigating while this deal was being done.' Like seriously? Ya dont think that MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYBE the FBI might have spoken up at some point? Or were they too busy wiretapping Turnips tower in 2010. I mean and its not like there was a friendly congress ever during the past 8 years.

What a fucking sideshow. Whataboutism at its finest. There's nothing to this conspiracy theory. Nunes needs to go away.

Have we talked about O'Reilly enough the last few days? I was behind on my podcasts so I just listened to the NYTimes Daily from yesterday this morning. The two Times reporters who broke the O'Reilly story in April that led to him eventually losing his job interviewed him on the record last week. It's kind of nuts. The whole "I'm the victim, my children are victims of these lies," and then the yelling about having "physical proof" that it's all a lie, it's crazy. Physical proof? How could someone have physical proof that rape did NOT take place?
I'm just. And now Fox News is running a story that Hillary swore on a late-night show, when O'Reilly regularly yells profanities in on-the-record interviews, not to mention his own show? I just...Yuck.

Potential *TW*
I know there was a conversation here a couple weeks ago regarding mental health issues in the military, I wanted to speak on it then but it is hard to find the right words sometimes. I just want to say that there have been 8 suicides in 10 weeks at a single base. It is a huge problem.

dc2london Tall doesn't always mean long legs, though. I know it usually does but my husband is 6'4", I'm 5'11", and my inseam is half an inch longer than his. On the other hand, my brother is 6'7" and has a 37" inseam, which is nuts. It just really stood out in that photo, is all.

So Nunes, King and Gowdy rae running this investigation? Yeah, that'll be super nonpartisan.

You really shouldn't throw things at the president, tho. I mean, to be fair. That's not great.

I know throwing stuff at the president is bad, but that video of Bush 43 never fails to make me laugh because of his expression. Like an amused WTF face.

Throwing flags is BAD, regardless of who you are throwing them at. (in case it needed to be said) Still funny

There are a lot of....very right wing people in Arizona. I am alarmed by losing both McCain and Flake. I shudder to think who will replace them.
