Whew 44 done. I almost skipped because my leg has been severely cramping all day but i added in some extra stretches and hoping that I was just dehydrated.

I was thinking of doing BBG after this. Same idea. 28 minute home workouts. I think you have to pay for them but the results I have seen are insane. I hear amazing things about BBG. I am nowhere near in shape enough to even start it, lol. One day! I was reading that it's for any fitness level as well and the woman who started it (Kayla?) says most people who do it are entry-level in fitness.

All the BBG transformations I saw were fit people getting fitter.
I followed Kayla and spiraled on her hashtags and followers but I have a hard time taking advice from a person who has never been out of shape.

Oy, fit test is done. I'm still sore af from the lower body workout yesterday. I overall had less progress over the last 15 days than any prior. I feel good though, so I'm trying to focus on that.
Speed squats +4 High knees +2 Pushups +2 Squat jumps same Tricep dips +5 Burpees same Alt lunges -5 (shruggy guy) Elbow plank same
Down 5.8lb since day 1, but only 1.2 since the last fit test. I may finally take measurements tonight so I can start tracking that way too. I do feel like my problem areas are shrinking.

I skipped yesterday & doubled up today. I did the Fit Test first and then lower body. I took my measurements after discovering that I LOST my measurements from the 1st three fit tests!!! I had them in my notes on my phone and now they're gone. So I must have accidently deleted them. Ugh. But, I do know that I weighed 165 when we started and I'm down to 158.5!

Not a ton of change since day 30 but still good.
Here are my numbers with the change since day 1:
Speed squats: 47 (+13) High knees: 110 (+20) Push-ups 24 (10 regular) (+7 and all day one were modified) Squat Jumps 20 (+2) Triceps dips 26 (+13) Burpees 9 (+4) Lunges 8 (+2, but much better form) Elbow plank: 82 seconds (+32 sec)

Also did a Jessica Smith express walk video since H was on the treadmill.
Funny story but I was 😡 because he is trying to get back into working out after a month or two off. I’m encouraging it, of course, and let him have the treadmill. Well, dude comes in and is so loud. Is clearing junk out of his throat like he’s going to vomit and the worst part is, he friggin crop dusts me with the nastiest farts. Then he leaves and I’m just working out in a cloud of fumes. I will probably kill him so that never happens again. He always wants me to work out at the same time as him, but I’m not going to be inviting him for awhile.
Be jealous, ladies. Be very jealous.

Fit Test 4 done. I'm down another 2lbs and I bested all my scores!
Speed Squats (40/38/48): 51 High knees (111/143/168): 185 Push-ups (26/26 modified/15 unmodified): 23 unmodified Squat jumps (30/24/27): 32 Tricep dips (23/31/43): 45 Burpees (8/10/13): 15 Alt lunges (19/16/21): 23 Elbow Plank (40/60/75): 90 seconds

Yeah, I just got a massage and there's no way I'm messing that up. I'll do it tonight or I might have to double up tomorrow. I'm "doing laundry," aka watching Netflix and enjoying my one child free morning.

Fit test done. I was the same as last time, but the best news is I'm down 4 lbs since day 30 and quite a few inches overall!

Fit test done. I beat all my scores from last week so I am happy. I have not lost any weight since day 30 but I am down 4.5 inches since then. 2.5 of those from my waist.
I made myself a chart to track my workouts/activity. I am aiming for bbm 6x per week, the Jessica smith ab workout 3x per week, and 10k steps 6x per week. I still have 40lbs to lose to get to pre babies weight so I feel like I need to be aggressive. Too bad I’ve fallen back into eating like shit.

I am finding everyone’s progress so inspiring. You all are doing amazing!!! It really gives me something to shoot for and gives me hope that I will actually start making progress (as I spend my rest day flat on the couch)!

Fit Test is done! I am so sore, and tired, I was thisclose to skipping it you guys. I got a few free, quiet moments and figured eff it, I better do it.
All but one of my scores improved from Day 15 (I skipped the Fit Test Day 30): Speed squats: +11 High knees: -7 Push ups (on the wall): +3 Squat jumps: +2 Tricep dips: +6 Burpees: +2 Alt lunges: +7 no plank for me
I've lost 5 lb since starting BBM, and almost 3 inches from my hips. It's slow progress, but I'm planning on making it a permanent change so I think it's ok.

I worked out even tho I had a bad headache. It was what she called an "intense lower body workout". So, regular move with weights for 45 seconds, jump right into cardio for 15 seconds. 20 second break? Then keep going. If I hadn't had a headache/been pregnant, it would have been fun!

My shoulder clicks so loudly with the lateral raises. It doesn't hurt, but the sound drives me crazy.
