So, she says this series in not pregnancy safe but I'm like barely pregnant and halfway done so I have no intention of quiting. Does this seem reasonable to you guys? I don't know exactly what's ahead, but I think in general you're ok to continue working out as you have been prior to pregnancy, as long as you feel ok. You may want to start modifying certain moves, and make sure you drink plenty of water. Yeah, I’ve always heard that in most cases it’s fine to continue with your normal level of exercise.

Lord Disick you might just want to put in a call to your OBGYN office just to make sure, but yeah, everything I have heard is that it is totally fine to exercise this early in pregnancy. I do remember there being some yoga moves that I had to not do but I think they mostly involved stuff on your back with your legs in the air.

I am not an expert in this area, but typically twists and inversions (when you put your head below your heart) are not recommended for pregnant women. I think Brianna mentioned she has a pregnancy series if this one gets to be too much.

Day 43 done. I downloaded the guide this week for the first time, I don't know why I didn't do that before. I like seeing everything laid out.

Lord Disick I think if you're already doing it, you should be able to keep on. Just be aware of your body. As @juliagulia mentioned, there is also a pregnancy series, but it isn't free. I'm doing her six-week mini challenge which is pregnancy friendly. When I'm done, idk, I might just do one of her regular challenges and modify whatever I need. Or redo the workouts from the six-week challenge that I like.

I only worked out twice last week. :/ But I got motivated and did two today. An upper body and a lower body. I guess I need to start doing the cardio workouts; I was running instead but it's been so windy here which I cannot handle so I haven't gone out.

Also you guys make me laugh complaining about how annoying Brianna is. She was annoying in the 6.0 challenge that I did, but from the sounds of it, she might be worse for this one. Thankfully she's not so talkative in the mini challenge.

It's another arm day? Didn't wasn't yesterday arm day? I think I'm getting days mixed up. I'm forever thinking I messed up my days. But yesterday should have been cardio if you did your rest day earlier in the week.

I did 43 I think. Whatever upper body is. I can barely hold my water.

I did Day 44 today. I love these strength routines.
I think I'm a day ahead of you guys because I screwed something up last week, but I have a long field day tomorrow so I'll skip working out and do the Fit Test with you on Thursday.

Lord Disick I'll give you the caveat of calling your doctor to ask but you're fine. Every doctor/specialist/etc I have seen has been totes cool with it. They usually tell me to listen to my body but they have told me I don't need to stop doing my abs, lifting weights, etc. until my body lets me know. Usually I can do my normal stuff until about halfway through pregnancy, then I modify.

I am looking forward to being where you are all at. Your exercises look cooler than mine!
I just finished week 3 yesterday. I am supposed to take today as rest but I am going to start week 4 today instead because I have parent conferences tomorrow and won't get home until 8:30. Something tells me throwing on my workout clothes and listening to Briana will not be in the cards for me tomorrow.
I did do cardio and then took a 20 min break and did a brief elliptical workout after yesterday and it was hard but felt good. I am amazed in my stamina after 3 weeks even though I don't really look all that different. I can only assume that will come. My pants situation by the end of the day yesterday was....not good. Guess it's skirts and dresses for another couple of weeks. I really do no want to buy new dress pants for work. I want to fit in the ones I currently have.
So this is probably a stupid question but what happens after the 90 days? Do we go on to 6.0? Or do something else because that would be like starting over?

You can take your favorite days and make your own routine or just use the moves you like. She has more on her website if you're a member.

Lord Disick, I'll chime in with my anecdote too. I think you'd be fine to continue (obligatory "check with your doc" thing). I worked out throughout my 2nd pregnancy (with DD1 I wasn't active before and was very overweight). The difference between my delivery & recovery was incredible. Way easier (relatively speaking) with DD2 and I attribute it to staying active. I did low impact aerobics, lots of Jessica Smith indoor walking videos and this strength routine www.fitpregnancy.com/exercise/prenatal-workouts/perfect-prenatal-circuit-workout (it happened to still be on my pinterest board for baby #2). Jessica Smith also has a prenatal series.

Day 44. Ouch. I called her a dumb bitch when she started doing hydrants instead of donkey kicks, even though it was a reasonable mistake.

I’m a little worried that my arms will fail me tomorrow during the fit test.

I’m thinking of doing the six week extreme after 5.0. I will have about 5 weeks until vacation so I don’t want to let up.
I’m also thinking about going to Orange Theory a couple times a week but I really have to look at the schedule and see if it works. I just really like that I can do BBM at my house.

I was thinking of doing BBG after this. Same idea. 28 minute home workouts. I think you have to pay for them but the results I have seen are insane.

Done with 44. Really didn’t want to today, but so glad I did. Honestly, that’s one of my favorite things about doing these... they’re so short that it’s harder to make excuses.
