Here's a check in for all of our TTC, pregnant, partnered to someone pregnant, or uterine-throbbing family expansion considerations. Adoption thoughts, surrogacy, on-the-fence, and other situations welcome.
Recently vacated uteruses are also welcome to chime in with how you're doing.
Lurkers with opinions are welcome.
How is everyone?

26 weeks here. I've got my glucose test scheduled for two weeks from now and that's the thing I'm most nervous about right now. I've failed the one hour in the past (but passed the 3 hr) and I'm dreading the thought of having to do the three hour again. I shouldn't stress since I don't know anything yet, but I can't help it. I'm tired and wish I was farther along because I feel like I'm 36 weeks instead of 26 lol. The kids have a cold right now and I'm hoping I can avoid it. On a positive note, I've only gained about 9 lbs so far! My midwife wants me to try and avoid too much weight gain because I've had a wonky blood pressure issue at the end of my pregnancies and we are trying to avoid that this time.. I had gained at least 20 lbs by this point in my last pregnancy.

We are doing pretty good. F is now over 2 weeks old. She's nursing great.
Good things, she's starting to be awake for periods and has discovered fingers are great. The kids have been awesome with her. But I need to work on managing my time so I spend more one on one with them.
Bad Things, I'm feeling very depended on. I'm itching to get away from her for an hour or two. But I need to start pumping first. Thankfully my husband understands and takes her when he's home to help get her down.

Cycle 6 of TTC. Currently in the TWW (8DPO). Timing was fair. Wondering if we should sit out the next couple of months for the holidays to keep stress down. After a night of really poor sleep (camping), I started wondering if I could really handle a newborn again...

I'm 15 weeks and feeling good (other than currently being sick). I'm actually at a stage where I don't feel pregnant at all, it's a bit disconcerting.
We have a trip to Hawaii coming up in a few weeks. I'm excited but I hate flying. Normally I would have a glass of wine or two at the airport to calm myself down... I'm worried about it.

I’m 26 weeks and counting down the days. I really haven’t enjoyed this pregnancy much, which kind of makes me feel bad. Little man does move around a lot, which helps remind me that there is a wonderful reward at the end of all this. I’m just ready to be done already. I do my glucose test tomorrow, but I’m not too concerned about it.
On a happier note, I found out over the weekend that my cousin is pregnant again also. Our first two girls are only 6 months apart (B is older). This time around, she is only 3 months behind me, so these babies will be close in age too. I don’t know how we keep timing these things lol. If only they weren’t living in another state, we could have play dates all the time.

19 weeks pregnant. Baby is the size of a hot dog. I have a stomach bug. That's all I can think of today.

18 weeks. Baby was moving a ton but has changed positions and now I mostly feel rolling (I think.) I was enjoying the little kicks. B did the same thing at this point so I'm trying not to worry about it buuuut. I do. I don't have an appointment with my midwife until the 24th. My anatomy scan is November 8th and I just want to get it over with and then maybe I can start to relax a little bit.

Except I have my anatomy scan on Thursday, and then a midwife appt 10/24. But I would really appreciate feeling more consistent movement... I really only feel it when I'm sitting quietly, which doesn't usually happen until 9 PM.

I have my three hour glucose test on Thursday, so I just did a big grocery shop and bought as if it will be positive. The low-carb, high-protein flax tortillas. Cottage cheese. Bacon.
However, if I do have GD already, it is going to be tough for the last half of pregnancy. That's almost 5 months! Yikes.
Edit: since I had GD with M, they are skipping straight to the three hour test. Boo.

I’m 2/3 of the way through my 3 hour glucose tolerance test. They skipped straight to the three hour because I had GD with M.
I’ve been checking my blood sugars occasionally, and they’re all great. So I’m quietly hoping that I don’t have it, or don’t have it YET.
Almost five months of finger pricks 4+ times a day, and peeing on ketone strips, and obsessing about food... does not sound enjoyable. I mean, I know I can do it. I did it for almost three months last time. But ugh.

Thanks, cloth aunties! I appreciate the well wishes. EZbake oven is looking good! Measuring spot on at 19 weeks and nothing funny looking. The tech gave up after awhile, and said I’d need to come back for some measurements she couldn’t get (heart and kidneys). But as I was about to walk out, she remembered she forgot to record the heartbeat (or measure the rate or whatever) so she had me lay back down. And baby has turned! Plus we got a profile shot. We tricked him/her! I know all in utero profiles look the same, but here’s his/hers...

So, it's suuuuper light, my phone won't even pick it up quite right, and I'm going to retest tomorrow with FMU (I held for 5 hours), buuut I'm pretty sure that at 6 days late I finally got a faint positive. I'm waiting for H to come home from work and tell me if I'm crazy or not lol

I'm not sure who I'm posting from right now but this is M lol. Trying to figure out tapa. Anyways, this is the best pic I got last night, I swear it's just a little darker in person lol. Woke up super late this morning so didn't have time to test. I have a history of turning tests late so this isn't unusual for me

Speedy, upped the contrast for you. I'm not familiar with this type of test, but looks like a line to me...
