cagoldi I am so happy to hear how great the infusion went! You've probably been so used to how you were feeling for so long, that you didn't realize how bad it actually was. I had a friend who had a heart attack at 38. He got a stint, and after said he hadn't felt that good in years. Just goes to show that we need to listen to our bodies more. If only the doctors and insurance would listen too! My dad said the same after his stints were placed. Yeah, I really think I never knew how healthy people feel? It sounds weird, but since this is genetic I've been that way since birth so I had nothing to compare it to? I knew when I was feeling more run down, so worse than usual, but I never realized my "normal" was really not normal. If that makes sense...

I'm so goddamn irritated with these gun nuts.
Broflake: These mass killings only happen in gun free zones where people are disarmed.
Like that matters when you're being picked off from the 32nd floor? You're supposed to exchange fire with the maniac? That would have helped precisely nobody.

wineallthetime glad she's at 35 weeks. I remember being in the hospital at 33 weeks and them having these awful posters in my room about why you shouldn't deliver early. I'm like yeah, this was not a choice. xolastunicornxo did your doctor tell you how long to fast before the glucose test? Mine said to fast but I didn't ask for how long. I had to wait until 28 weeks to take it because NJ requires a 3rd trimester HIV test on mothers or else the baby has to be HIV tested and they do it with the glucose test. I have to go do the test at a lab so I need to find time. I'm kinda putting it off because I'm afraid I'm going to fail.

I've done it with M before, but feel crappy because M2 is so little. He gets extra cuddles tonight. I'm holding off on taking him to the doc because I don't think there is anything they can do for him yet. For colds, they don't prescribe meds right? Is he over 12 weeks? If younger than 12 weeks fevers are a big deal. You may just want to give the doctors office a call. He's 14 weeks. Would you call?

You start shooting and law enforcement will mistake YOU for the assailant and mow you down instead of focusing on the actual assailant. Excellent thinking.

kim22 she told me it was up to me if I wanted to fast for a few hours before the one hour. I made my app for 8:30 in the morning and am just not going to eat in the morning. I’m nervous too. I’ve never failed, but I’m always borderline and have had to do the 3 hour twice, which I’d prefer to avoid.

flamingo, did your H leave this weekend? How are you doing? Yep; we're doing ok. B has 'sports' (as he calls it) after school tmrw so that'll be a bit of an extra break, which is nice. Just trying to keep us busy! This time next year he'll be about to leave for 8 months, tho, so better get used to it, right? 😜 Thanks for thinking of me!

Question for anyone: if you had a chance to meet with a medium, would you do it? A friend is hosting a thing I could go to next month. Not sure if I "believe" but I am intrigued.

In one of the crazy moms groups that I'm in on Facebook (I never participate, but the drama is great)a lot of the women don't want to drink the liquid for the test so their doctors have suggested that they eat this odd number of jelly belly jelly beans (like 32 or 37). I never knew!

They always kill themselves or leave some manifesto stating they know they will be killed by police so they go with intent to die. Like brandishing a weapon will suddenly snap them out of it? These people!

Wait, why didn't I know that jelly beans were an option?! That Glucola garbage always makes me want to barf. inthekitty Poor Denny. It's not your fault, of course, but I can see why you feel awful. Sinny would not survive such an ordeal. Extra snuggles and treats for your sweet guy.

Wait, why didn't I know that jelly beans were an option?! That Glucola garbage always makes me want to barf. I just went back to that site and did a search. It looks like it's for the standing test which I guess is the three-hour one. Some people say they can use some kind of organic grape juice and other people say that there are doctors that have a list of food options that total 56 g of sugar.

I never knew! Recent posts on my local crazy FB mom group: Mom is "polyamorous" and currently in a "triad." I couldn't really figure out the point of the post other than announcing that. Looking for EO hook-up as if it were a drug deal and you have to find a dealer. Wondering when she should start taking her 3 mo to the children's museum. I almost replied, "You mean you haven't already? Your infant is seriously behind."
