Happy to see that B had such a great day at his new school, vino. What a relief. FX the ABX do the trick, tgrimes. Happy they're going to finally place tubes for your little guy.

I had my infusion yesterday and I feel amazing this morning! I've never felt this good in my entire life. Is this what it's like to have blood with the appropriate number of antibodies?! It's awesome!

I honestly don't think I knew anyone could feel this good. I guess I was worse off than I thought LOL.

It's a sort of slow day here. I've been making appointments and paying bills. Fun stuff around here.
M2 had a fever last night. I gave him tylenol and he went to bed. He woke up with a fever, but was in a good mood, so i dosed him with more tylenol and sent him to daycare. I only sent him because MH can pick him up around lunch and take him home. He will be there about 4 hours. I still feel like a crappy parent. I think its just a cold that he got from me. He sounds a little congested, but nothing comes out when I suction with the Nose Frida.

Would do. You're not a crappy parent. If we keep them home for every cold we'll run out of PTO/days off in a month.

My sister is having contractions again and has to go back to triage so they're dropping my niece off here.

We got home around 9 last night after our long weekend trip to AZ. It was nice. We all had fun but the girls weren't ready to go back to school yet. Guess what kids, I wasn't ready to go back to work but such is life. We had a scare on our trip. My friend called after going over to our house to check on Denny. We have an autofeeder so he's always technically okay on his own for a few days but she usually checks on him because he gets lonely. She couldn't find him anywhere. I was freaking out and long story short we found him soon after we got him. He snuck out when I grabbed something out of my car at the last minute to pack in the van. He's an indoor cat who will only go out if we're right there with him and gets scared and runs in if we return to the house so I didn't even think much of it. Poor dude was outside for 4 days. Other than being a little skinny he's perfectly okay. He was extra lovey and hanging all over me. I felt awful that I did that but I'm so grateful he's okay. My fuzzy little man is the sweetest and I can't bare the thought of anything bad happening to him.

I’m so glad cagoldi! Yay for feeling good! App went well. Baby is measuring right on schedule and heartbeat is 156! I have my next 4 week appointment where are I’ll do my glucose test, and after that we move to two week appointments, which seems insane to me. I also went to the post office to get the mail we hadn’t collected while our keys were lost, and we had almost 3K in refund checks from the house sale (escrow and home insurance). I’m stoked since we are in the process of buying all new appliances!

Goldi, so glad it made you feel so much better! Will you get them regularly? Once a month for the next 5 months, then we might take a break for 3 months, and start again. I'm not really sure how the schedule will look because this was just the schedule proposed by my Immunologist depending on how I feel, how my conditions are at the time. I guess if he thinks I need more we might got 12 months Consecutively then take a few months off. It all just depends.

wineallthetime, I hope your sister and baby are ok. Did they give her anything last time or did the contractions stop on their own? Didn't give her anything. Contractions continued but they decided they weren't too worrisome because she wasn't progressing at all (I'm sure there was a lot more to that haha). She's almost 35 weeks so that makes me feel better than when she was 33 weeks at least!

But thats great that she made it 2 more weeks. 34 weeks is always the number that sticks in my head as the magic number when the concern for early delivery isn't as dramatic. Not sure if thats based in fact or something I imagined.

I found a new photographer! A guy here at work, his wife does it as a side business and has an indoor studio and outdoor displays. We go tomorrow night and I'm so excited! She's been texting me things she has set up for him and they're adorable!

cagoldi I am so happy to hear how great the infusion went! You've probably been so used to how you were feeling for so long, that you didn't realize how bad it actually was. I had a friend who had a heart attack at 38. He got a stint, and after said he hadn't felt that good in years. Just goes to show that we need to listen to our bodies more. If only the doctors and insurance would listen too!

Is he over 12 weeks? If younger than 12 weeks fevers are a big deal. You may just want to give the doctors office a call.

Hi all. Just popping in. Trying to get some stuff done that has been hanging over my head.
Update on my life, ha:
One of C's top teeth has finally broken through..I was kind of beginning to worry that she was going to only have 2 bottom teeth for the rest of her life! Of course, now she can really chomp down while nursing, so that's...fun. We will start weaning shortly; unfortunately I don't think it's going to be as easy with her as it was with B.
I finished watching Big Little Lies last night--if you're a Liane Moriarty fan (or even if you're not) it's worth checking out.
