Exactly loony. I know that if I skip 1 workout I'll skip another, and another, until I quit completely. I doubled up twice last week and I don't think that did me any favors. Gonna refocus and get back to my daily am workouts.

My knees are killing me today so I'm going to get up early tomorrow and knock out Day 27. I guess today was my rest day.

Took my rest day Saturday, and did day 26 yesterday and 27 today. Can't believe we start week 5 tomorrow!

I did day 27 this morning. I'm going to do Day 29 tonight because I always get behind, so I may as well try to work ahead when I can.

I just did Day 27. I kind of half-assed it but it's better than not doing it I guess. I struggle with all plank-based exercises.
