Day 22 done. I haven't looked ahead to tomorrow, which I'll be doing in 9 hours, but you all have me scared. My shoulders are like "wtf are you doing to us", and lunges will never not bring back bad memories of doing them across the gym in middle school.
I was glad to see her address the body comments. I don't blame her for being self conscious, but set a better example for your followers. Girl is still in better shape than I am 2 years postpartum, so it wasn't uplifting to hear that stuff from her.

I just want her to put her fucking hair up! I was coming here to say this, lol. I don't understand how she works out with her hair down. Not sure how I feel about Day 22. It didn't seem more challenging than last week when I was doing it, but my arms are jello right now.

I get really excited when she forgets to answer a viewer question in the cool down. She gets too distracted and I don't want to hear the same question and answer 2-3 times.

FFTC: I haven't once done a cool down. I never have time and now I'm not guilty.

Day 23 done. That was definitely tough. I'm sweating like a mother fucker. But I was glad that they were moves we'd mostly done before.
And she did have her hair up thank God. Doing this challenge has me contemplating cutting mine all off!

It was raining here this morning when I got up, so I went ahead and doubled up day 23 and 24 to get me on track for weekend rest days. It was tough to get through both of them, but I pushed myself and feel like I got a good workout in.
Rain had stopped by the time I had finished, so I skipped cool down and went of a walk and then did my own stretching when I got home. My back is feeling a little better today, but still tight...so I need to make sure to keep up with regular stretching to avoid injury.

I did up til Day 16 and then nada. I'm impressed with all of you on track. Rock on. I am stuck here, too. I got a cold that turned into a sinus infection and I am just finally emerging from it all. I think I will be jumping back on board tomorrow but I will probably go back to day 16. So I will just be checking in like a time traveler from the past to remind you how much you hated the old work outs. And I will watch in fear as I hear you all complain about the current ones.

FFTC: I haven't once done a cool down. I never have time and now I'm not guilty. +1. I either just walk around till my heart rate/breathing returns to normal while putting away my mat & weights. Or I move on to another workout.
I also just do cardio moves during her warm up. I don't like that she basically has us stretching "cold".

I did Day 22 this morning. I was going to double up and do the cardio too, but it's CD2 and cardio was just not in the cards. So I Jessica Smith total body in 10 and 5 min abs after BBM.
That squat/press/kick move into shoulder presses is just mean!!

Yes to all of this. I thought you weren't supposed to do that during warm ups. But I'm a beginner so I don't really know. I don't do her warm ups or cool downs either.

Day 23 + Jessica Smith abs done.
It wasn't as bad as I was expecting. I'm actually looking forward to the fit test next week because I think I'm really improving. Abs afterwards damn near killed me though.

I went for an hour long walk outside in this heatwave with the stroller. Then did Day 23. So much sweat, am I skinny now?
Diary Day 23 Side side lunge: 21 Squat thrusts: 30 Surfer squat jumps: 33 Rockettes: 62 Mountain climbers: 95 Speed skaters: 28 Sprint in place: 167 Scissor kicks: 36

Day 23 done. I was not feeling the cardio. I had too much flopping with all the jumping and not the right pants on to hold it all in place.
I went ahead and did 24, too. I enjoy the strength workouts so much more and feel like I got a great workout in now.
I worked 6 hours today to cover for someone who was ill, forgetting that I picked up 12 hours on Saturday. I'm already exhausted. :/
So I think my plan will be: Thursday: Jessica Smith abs, walk Friday: double: days 25 and 26 Saturday: Jessica Smith abs, walk Sunday: Day 27

I did day 23 and a big hike with the dog. My ass and thighs are so sore!
My plan is to do double days tomorrow and Friday.
SO called me a badass, which was awesome for my ego.

Day 23 done. That felt really hard, like I had no gas in my tank. Ugh.

I just did 22&23. Strength was good but that cardio...I must have dropped 50+ f-bombs. Did not like. Very hard.

Day 23 done. Hated it. Mountain climbers suck and looking ahead it looks like we are in for a lot of them. Glad her hair was up today at least

I did day 25 today. I really hate the squat thrusts.
I typically try to do these barefoot because I am doing the workouts in a tile room while the rest of the house sleeps and I try to keep the noise down. I had to stop mid way through to put on shoes. My poor feet are getting torn up between the squat thrusts and mountain climbers this week.

Is it OK if I jump in? Please feel free to say no...I am very late and if it's annoying then I certainly don't want to derail the train or be annoying.
I am slated to do day 3 today.
A lot of you talk about doubling up...is that an OK thing to do? If you do double up do you do them back to back or have rest time in-between? Should I maybe wait until week 2 to start doubling up so I don't kill myself? @juliagulia can you link the Jessica Smith abs you do?
My current fitness level is not great. I run occasionally...maybe once a week. I have been not following any particular diet per-se but am focusing on high protein, complex carbs, low dairy, lots of vegetables right now.
My body needs serious help. I lost a ton of weight from breastfeeding and was about 10 pounds under my pre-pregnancy weight but in the past year and a half or so have gained it all back plus about 10 pounds. It's...not pretty.

I google Jessica Smith you tube abs and do any of the less than 10 minute ones. @stcyct
I'm not doing the BBM abs so that's my substitute.

thanks @juliagulia. I am supposed to do the abs today but didn't want to pay so this seems like a great substitute.

Day whatever today is done. I'm having a hard time since I skipped last week due to being on my death bed with a mancold, but today felt good again.

welcome @stcyct! I only double up when I've skipped a day and am trying to catch up. I think some ladies double up in advance of a known schedule conflict to make sure they get all the week's workouts in. In general I would not recommend it! I think you get a better workout when you focus on giving the one you're doing everything you have, rather than worrying about keeping some energy to do 2 workouts.

Day 24 done + C25k week 5, day 2.
Both felt really good.
I'm going to try to keep up on vacation but might take Sunday as my rest day if I'm a wounded person.
