jewels lahdeedah guster pedi appt went ok. He doesn't like to use the term colic because he says it's a catch-all term but there could be lots of reasons behind it. He prefers to use the term "high maintenance" and he agreed C2 is probably high maintenance. He suggested Mylicon, car rides and other soothing techniques and agreed with cutting dairy. He told me to attack it from all sides and hopefully it will be short lived.

Morning! I'm putting C down for a nap now (first attempt was an utter failure) and once she's back up I'm taking the kids out for some BTS shopping for B. I've been kind of holding off not knowing what the weather will do here (at home I'd basically just buy fall-colored shorts/polos, ha). Ha you will need pants there! And coats even 😛

Josie wants an American Gitl doll --damn you, catalogs! I'm happy to buy her one, but I don't think she'll be careful with it and it will be destroyed within weeks, so I am hesitant. I also think I'd like to take her to the café with her doll, and I think we need another year or so of maturity before we can do that. So basically writing this post just talked me out of it.

I can almost guarantee come Christmas or her birthday the Tenney doll she wants it will be wrapped up with her bango and guitar accessories.

I can almost guarantee come Christmas or her birthday the Tessely doll she wants it will be wrapped up with her bango and guitar accessories. Apparently you can build your own doll now. My MIL keeps showing M the catalog and she really wants her to do it. M will just say she wants everything though.

Oh, yes: I pushed for this when the catalog came, but the country singer won out somehow.

There's a look alike one that is like $30 if you wanted to start with that. The only difference is the stamp on the doll somewhere.

I just spent way too long on the American Girl website. I may have even created my own doll. Things sure have changed since I had them!

We have an American Girl doll at work that we put chest tubes in to show our cardiac surgery patients. It's pretty cute.

I never had an american girl doll. I think they became popular after I was out of that stage. I know my SIL had some and she's a few years younger than me.

I loved my rainbow brite doll though. And she-ra. I was so jealous of the girl down the street that had a she-ra wig and sword.

So there's hope. We found what works for B it he was/is such a different baby than S. I hope you find his groove soon and this hell is short lived...

wedding, not to talk you into anything, but one of S good friends has that, and it's the #1 toy they fight over. All the boys love that thing. Since B's birthday last month, S keeps asking about what he can get for his # 4 birthday. Every day he's telling me new things. I told him that when it gets closer we can go to the toy store and make a list. He is so super excited about this list. I think it will contain the entire contents of the toy store.

I'm confused as to what it actually does??? All the power rangers have some type of thing that makes them Morph from a regular person to a Ranger. This is from the Dino Charge series and they have these Dino Blasters. There is a cartridge that you put in when you are ready to morph and then when you pull the trigger it says stuff. C re-enacts the whole process "Dino charge unite!" holds the morpher to the sky, makes a production of putting it in and then morphing. So basically the thing doesn't do much at all but allows for him to pretend to be a Ranger.

wedding I would get it. Sure it's probably a phase but even if he loves it for a month, it would be worth it to me.

My best friend just put in an offer on a house 15 minutes from me! She's currently 45 minutes. This would be life changing. Thats dramatic. But I'm so excited.

Josie actually play with my old patti-o-green and shy violet Rainbow Brite dolls. She also plays with three my little ponies from the 80s and some black stallion looking horse that I think my western Barbie rode.

We are in the serious talks about moving, and MH asked me last night if I would be sad to move away from my best friend who lives two streets and less than five minutes away for me. I said no because the last time we saw each other was June, but we talk at least twice today e eryday, so nothing would really change.

When I was unemployed and had all the time in the world, I spent more time with her than my husband lol. But with working and lugging both kids and she has 3, it's just not feasible to get together randomly. And there's no good "middle" for us. One of us has to drive the full distance if we're seeing each other.

M loves to play with them.
