Wow... is it me or had August flown by!? As much as I hate to leave our August randoms thread behind - as it has so much cute newborn squish in it - I thought with the new month new randoms would be appropriate heh! I hope this next week will be thé week for pepperpottsj and pennylane s squishes as well!! FX ladies and ai continue to send smooth labor vibes your way!  |

Positively, I have some nice sapphires to share with this little one. MH is convinced she will make an appearance today and share my birthday (it's a nasty milestone one) but I am feeling nothing so...). Happy September everyone!!!

So we didn't do a social media announcement for his birth yet. At first I was just too busy recovering. Then I wanted a pic of him in his take home out lift but none were good so I figured we'd redo some. That didn't happen. Then we did a photo shoot so I figured I'd use one of those- but now I realized he's going to be like 3-4w old before we get those back.... should I just use one of his initial birth ones or use a sneak peek one from the shoot??

Oh also, I made cupcakes yesterday for H to bring to work today for some thing his work does on Fridays. He came home in the middle of me making them and tells me he needs them for next week, not today. So I may or may not have had cupcakes for breakfast this morning 😋

pepperpottsj happy birthday! I hope you will have a nice day even though you prolly aren't feeling up to celebrating as you normally may do, being as pregnant as you currently are!? I have a nasty milestone bday coming up in January .. the big 4-0.. At least I managed to add our lovely squish to our family while in my 30s still lol 😆 Also, I have to look up the August birthstone!

But I decided to make it easy for myself and have used the same pic from her birth for every announcement. |

DD went straight into the bathtub 😒 We had our first one of those a couple days ago and MH was tickled pink cause it meant he could take a shower with her to rinse her clean. It was so adorable and they both enjoyed it so much. |

I was in a baking mood the weekend before last and baked muffins for the first time ever. MH wasn't keen on them (he thought they were cupcakes - I used cupcake paper tins for them as I didnt have bigger ones- and found them not sweet enough lol) so I may or may not have munched through them for breakfast several days in a row as well 😉😊 |

Can't wait for the newborn poops to end 😛 |

Baby passed this mornings' NST and the ultrasound looked good. Waddling around at 3cm. I am scheduled for an induction first thing Monday morning, if I don't go into labor on my own this weekend.

My PP nurse even commented on how little I ate but food just didn't sit well and made me queasy. But today the BF hunger seems to have struck as well! My stomach just feels real sensitive still so I just don't know what to put in there half the time. Also wondering whether certain foods are extra good for BFing?

I was scrolling thru pics on my phone and ran into my last bump pic taken the 20th, 2 days before going into labor. How is that just 12 days ago?😲 How is D. already 10 days old?? 🤔 Time is just so weird!! 🙄🤗
