beefinch , that's a little sucky given that she implied she no longer had a need for them. Usually, I always ask if hand me downs need to be returned or not. If not, they get thrown in with everything else, just like you did. If someone wants them back, I'll make a list describing each item and try to keep them somewhat separated. If she wanted to share with this other chick, she should have brought it up to you way sooner. I just don't accept hand-me-downs from people who are expecting them back, because I do not want to be anxious about my kid wrecking them or MH screwing up the laundry in some spectacular way and then me having to tell the person. I have issues. Sometimes I think it's silly to be offering hand-me-downs to people that you are expecting back. I haven't gotten rid of anything yet because I'm not giving things out until we are finished having kids. Because fuck no to expecting them to still have it several years from now. +1 to all of this. If I give someone a hand me down, I will expect not to get it back. Too much of a hassle for everyone otherwise.

My neighbor gives us hand me downs and I always immediately put a colored sharpie dot on the tag so I can easily remember who to return it to. I always give hers back because I know there are other families she passes it down to then I've passed down DS' stuff to a friend and marked it with a sharpie dot. I never pass anything down that I won't miss if it doesn't make it's way back to us. Right now, I have three people just WAITING to pass down their girl clothing if this kid is a girl. My neighbor and my two cousins lol. I'm excited not to need to buy much. TL:DR I like hand-me-downs and mark them so I can easily return them later to the person who gave them to me.

Realized I wore the same shirt at my baby shower for DS that I wore in my HDBD pic for last week AND was the same # of weeks preggers.

I'm working today and it might be the busiest Saturday I have worked the entire time I have been here. Every thing that could happen has happened. I'm taking lunch now but jeez. It will be a miracle if I don't have to do overtime.

Oh hello, 30 weeks. I forgot what tracking my contractions to make sure they're not ACTUALLY contractions was like. I need this all to fuck right off. I've had a few painful not BH contractions in the last week. I'll be joining you in the "cut it the fuck out, uterus" club.

Bahaha it probably won't, this happened last time too. I get frequent BH contractions for ~1-2 hours at a time, then nothing for hours, then another hour or two of fun. No movement, water, bath, etc. makes them go away. Last time it became prodromal labour where there wasn't any kind of break, it was just contractions at fairly regular intervals for weeks. But since this happened last time, I know what L&D told me to watch for, so I am unconcerned. Just annoyed. My 6 hour drive next week is going to be reeeeeeally fun. I will take this over BP issues! It's still holding steady and even seems like it's down a bit the last week or so. I had six weeks of prodromal labor last time and it caused me to get yanked from work early. I suspect I'll be getting it again at some point given how feisty my uterus already is.

I had a dream last night that I was an Avenger. But I couldn't participate in saving the world because I was pregnant and baby was messing up my powers. I guess I have some pregnancy fomo going on lol.

I never had Braxton hicks with my first pregnancy but I think I've been having some over the last few days. It's super weird and kind of uncomfortable. I told DH that I'm not doing anymore lifting (heavy grocery bags, moving boxes, etc) because that's what was bringing them on.

It's rainy and cold here today which is fine by me- a good excuse to stay inside and do more unpacking/organizing. shibes how did moving go for you- are you settled in? How are you liking being back in Wisconsin?

How are you liking being back in Wisconsin? So far so good! We are still running around trying to get all those little things that didn't make the move. DD starts pre-K tomorrow too so that's made things a little batty. Not to mention they require them to be potty trained and until this week she'd never left the house in undies. Today is day 4 though and it's been going well! Nursery is also starting to form 😍

Trying to clean my house, it needs it soooo badly, but mentally I just can't seem to tough it out. I stopped for a bit to run now I'm giving up again to go grocery shopping. I suspect this will be the last deep clean until I'm no longer pregnant. This shit is just so stupid, you guys.

Yoga is getting hard, so much forward bending leaves me so out of breath. Still had a nice class and got in a 3 mile walk on the boardwalk with my friend. Now to be productive at home....

I'm at like 50/50 on things I do with the rest of the class vs moves I do on my own when they do stuff I can't. I really like going though. Doing it at home alone isn't the same.

Hang in there! You're doing Awesome! I "ran" today. Exercise is definitely getting hard. It pays off to stay active though. I ran through 32w last time and bounced back quickly and easily.

DH is putting up new blinds in our family room. I told him it was needed because one of the windows lines up with our neighbors window and DNW them seeing my nipples. The whole room looks nicer now. We also took down these heinous old lady curtains that the previous owner had left too.
DS is with my mom so we will be heading out to do some errands in a little bit.
Baby doesn't like Gina either. I watched part of the video and kiddo started kicking like crazy. The volume wasn't that loud either lol.

Just got back from lunch with my MIL, it started with "you've gotten so big!" MH looked at her and said "just what a pregnant person wants to hear". He also kept making comments to her about all the "advice" she was giving like that we should choose H's cousin's daughter who's 16 as god mother instead of one of our friends because it should be family. I'm more concerned that the person can be there for our child and set a good example then they are related to us.

We got the crib set up today. Finally. We technically have everything we would need for baby to come any time.
He just rolled and some part of him was veeeery low. The feeling of a body part rolling overtop of my cervix was so damn weird. I'm used to kicks and jabs, not a slow roll.

The paraprofessional who was just moved to my grade to work in my classroom and cover for my maternity leave emailed tonight to say she accepted another position elsewhere. Now not only are we starting the school year tomorrow short staffed, but I'm back to having no idea who is covering for me in 8 weeks. Fuck.

I'm glad whoever gets hired for my position won't be able to back out of it for something else. It's so hard for kids and staff not to know who is coming in! Hope they find someone quickly.

I've been awake for the last hour+. I should have watched GoT, but the optimist in me thought I would be asleep before it was over. Dummy.
