I have an appt at my regular OB office next week so I plan to ask then. Since they used the term "subjectively normal" I am trying to just chill on it for now. I figure if it was an urgent matter, they would have scheduled a sooner follow-up. But man, google is a scary place still. AFI measurements can be hard to get depending on what the baby is doing. It took them several scans' worth of high measurements before diagnosing polyhydramnios for me last time, FWIW. That's good to know. I know they specifically mentioned they would check fluid at my next US so maybe it was just a goofy measurement.

I have US every two weeks to measure fluid and babies' growth, so I'm sure if your doctor was concerned, they'd be monitoring. At my last US each baby had 12-13cm of fluid.

+1 to heavily pregnant! Today I join the third trimester crew - feels like this pregnancy is going so fast! I celebrated third trimester by being exhausted and having lower back/hip pain. Could this be payback for feeling good all of 2nd trimester? Off to my barre class tonight, which will hopefully help me feel better. Also, anyone else unaware of how much space you need to pass now? Definitely bumped into someone when I thought I had more room My belly is seriously getting in the way during yoga lately lol

PSA Target has all maternity stuff (from their old line) on clearance because they are trying to get rid of it to make room for their new line. Not sure if it was just in store, but GOOD prices. Have you seen the new stuff, some of it is super cute. I'm trying to patiently wait for it to go on sale before I start buying.

I almost got a sweater lol but resisted because I'll probably have had this baby before I'll need one. It won't drop below the 60s until mid November here.

I couldn't even finish grocery shopping today due to the extreme pain in my pelvis. I was like doubled over the shopping cart trying to corral my children and make it to the checkout. Fun times.

laurensc927 - I feel your pain. I've had to modify my positions during barre class. I'm also at the point where being on my back makes me dizzy, so no more bridge lifts or stretching on my back.

can you call the office and just ask the nurse what the numbers mean? I have an appt at my regular OB office next week so I plan to ask then. Since they used the term "subjectively normal" I am trying to just chill on it for now. I figure if it was an urgent matter, they would have scheduled a sooner follow-up. But man, google is a scary place still. I don't believe they are concerned unless it is very high and happens f more than the once. It can be higher if the baby just peed too. Also depending on how fast the tech was can give some ambiguity to the numbers. I've had techs that measure each and move on and others that are like lightening and capture each pocket and then measure. The latter can tend to be more accurate as baby doesn't really stop moving. Dr Google sucks

Between my husband the bed space invader, pregsomnia, DD having sobbing fits, and kicks to the lungs, I don't think I slept half a wink last night. Today is going to hurt.

I'm not officially back to work for professional development until Monday, but we're not going to have a lot of time to work in our classrooms next week, so I'm going in today to try to get my room set up. I've got two coworkers who offered to come help me so that I don't have to move the furniture myself. Then, tomorrow, I'm presenting during the new staff orientation. I guess my summer is over.

I am in the waiting room while DS is getting his tonsils out. We had to be here at 5:45 this morning. I'm hoping we are all able to take a nice nap later today. I hope DS isn't too cranky after either. Im sure it's going to be a bit rough for a bit.

spacecadet, FX he's feeling better quickly! How old is he? It seems like the younger they are, the quicker they bounce back from having their tonsils out.

I think Tuesday was it for me on doing moves on my back. There's a nerve or something on my lower right side that makes things really uncomfortable.

People have started saying to me this week "Almost time, right?!?!" When I say I still have three months to go they start to backtrack like they are counting months wrong. OMG, I know my belly looks big. But stop.

I'm going to try and Maverick some sort of incline with blocks and mats today during yoga. It should be interesting.

spacecadet, I had my tonsils removed when I was 20 (actually a week before my 21st birthday) and it was HELL... kids deal with it 10000x better, honestly. All the nurses and doctors told me that. If my kids ever have problems with tonsil I am pushing to get them out asap, because the recovery is horrible. I would rather give birth than go through that again (lol luckily I am)

Yesterday I was leaving a restaurant and two very nice men basically ran over to open the double doors for me. I almost jokingly asked if I really looked so pregnant that I needed both doors opened for me.

Getting them out as an adult sounds like a nightmare.
