mrspiatt that was my best guess. H also gets red patches if food is on her face! Betweenthelines my brother has eczema but it's pretty severe, looks a lot worse than this. If it is eczema, what would I put on it since it's so close to her mouth? RunsforWineandCarbs she sucks on pretty much anything she can get her hands on lol. I keep thinking a tooth is coming, but nope. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Omg you guys!! A friend in my other bmb had to use ivf to get pregnant (with all her kids... two sets of twins) and she just took a pregnancy test because she hadn't gotten her period and it turned positive!!! She took a second one and it was positive too. Holy shit! Like both her and her H have issues that make it almost impossible!

So with H being gone this week I wanted to do 2 things... get my house in order and get my pros and cons list together for Belize. Nothing has gone they way I thought it would. My house is a disaster. It's seriously disgusting and I need to clean. I ordered pizza last night so I wouldn't add to the kitchen mess. As for Belize, I found 2 houses that I'm in love with, both are 3 bedrooms- one only had 1 bathroom, the more expensive one has 2. The first is not as nice, but still fantastic, it's $700 USD a month and includes all utilities satellite TV and internet. It's on the beach of a Lagoon and in a gated community with a Dr and nurse from the US. I've been talking to the owners (who live in Canada, but will retire to this home) and the current tenants will be moving out in February, they'll be down in March to get it ready and it'll be available 4/1. Then there is the other house. $800 a month- no utilities included... but freaking gorgeous, multi million dollar home if it were on a beach in Malibu. We pay $2,400 for a 3 bedroom house- our utilities are about $1,000 during the summer and $500-$600 in the winter... anyway- as crazy at is it seems, I'm leaning toward trying it out for 6 months. H gets a bonus in September and if we put that aside, it's enough to move back to the US if we decide to. I haven't discussed any of my plans with him yet, he's only brought it up once since he's been gone and that was to see if I was still considering it or if I had taken it off the table. I talked to my sister about (she's in Chicago) and I thought she'd try to talk me out of it. She's well aware of the last 9 months between me and H and she hates humid weather, but she it would definitely be worth trying out and offered her house if we need a short term place to stay if we relocate back to the US.

Pediatrician called and DD2's u/s came back perfect! Yay, we're in the clear! Awesome news. I remember how stressed I was waiting for results when they found ds's heart murmur and enlarged liver.

I use this for chopping:
and this for slicing:

I chopped garlic on lunch for dinner, and have washed my hands no less than 3 times and they STILL smell like garlic. That's the worst! Try rubbing your hands with a mix of soap and coffee grounds. I keep a coffee ground soap at my kitchen sink to get rid of garlic hands.

I am livid. Got out of the shower, dressed, made my lunch and went down to switch laundry around to find water in my basement. As mentioned earlier, the neighbors are having a gas line put in and it sounded like they were flushing lines or something. I went out to ask if what they were doing could cause issues with my water/sewer and they said no. I call Roto-rooter who is sending someone out. About 30 minutes later (no tech here yet) the water has gone back down the drain and they workers have stopped flushing lines. I swear if they are the cause, I am going to be irate. I will have to pay the bill and doubt they'll reimburse me.

Since it's close to the mouth, I would recommend Aquafor. I started with aquaphor last night! Thank you. Also, every kid heals differently. I started using Honest Co's Healing Balm, which has now been renamed to All Purpose Balm. This shit worked wonders on DS's eczema on his back and got rid of it COMPLETELY. It's the second thing I would try if the aquafor doesn't seem to do anything. My CVS and Target carry it.

fierymama, are the workers still there? Will they be there for a while? I would call Roto-rooter again, and try to keep the other company on site until they get there.

Roto-rooter was supposed to be here within 30 minutes, but I haven't seen or heard from them yet. Going to give it a little bit before calling them. It looks like they are filling the hole, so I don't know how much longer they will be.

I've also heard sterling silver can help bc it binds to sulfur molecules but haven't tried it.

Will try that next Betweenthelines! If it is eczema, I'm just hoping it's not like my brother's. He still has it really bad at 19. But he also doesn't take care of it very well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
