cali My induction with DS took forever bc I wasn't dilating, so you have my sympathies. I hope your body gets it together quicker and baby is born soon! addymac Glad you went to get checked! Good luck with the induction.  I'm enjoying yet another day of prodromal labor. Lost my mucus plug last night at least, and walked a good 3 miles this morning. I keep hoping these contractions turn into the real thing.

cali hope you are doing well as well! elliecat17 baby keeps headbutting me regularly which gives me a sore vagina as well. I just hope it means she s making her way down to the exit slowly...!?

Hey guys, just a quick update, baby girl is here. I was in labor for 36 hours! It was brutal but she's great and totally worth it. I'll do a birth story post soon! addymac, hope you're snuggling your LO by now! Thinking of you! |

Hey ladies- sorry for being so late. Baby Boy McD... - born 4:53am, 8#8oz, 21 inches! He is so chubby and perfect.

Had another exhausting night. Had contractions for about an hour again with baby moving like crazy then it all stopped. I've having horrible hip pain today which is limiting my movement. I just made myself a crazy to do list and I've done 3 loads of laundry, vacuumed 2 rooms plus the basement stairs, and made apple pie bars. Then I lay down for an hour and a half and took a nap. I'm up and feeling better now but I think I'm just going to take it easy. Congratulations on the baby cali, I'm glad she finally came! Can't wait to see pictures. COngrats addymac, Can't wait for the birth story! I'm pretty sure I'm going to be the last August girl to have her baby....and it's killing me! Of course muscari, might be giving me a run for my money :-) |
