DS is with my mom for the day/night. Yay! I'm excited to clean my house and then I think we are going out to dinner to celebrate our anniversary a couple days early. Still haven't pooped so I'm hoping that happens otherwise I'm not going to be able to eat as much as I want at dinner lol.

Guys, I'm team green and I'm in so so much trouble if this kid is a girl. I already bought this stuff (all was on sale -- white outfit with flowers is announcement/homecoming outfit).

grumpycat, girls clothes are SO addicting. Like to the point where H has to pull me away from clothes sections when we shop. And I'll whinge about not having a look as something might be on sale and I'll miss it. That blue outfit is adorable!

beefinch, my problem is putting the clothes away after their clean too. I mean, I guess it makes sense, it's the most labour intensive part. But everything is tight now, so I don't have to worry about wrinkles, haha. grumpycat, wow, so cute! You have great taste. I hope it's a girl for you now. Are these all from the same place? Tell me more. My DH is so funny, sometimes he sees something for the baby and just has to have it. We went to this store next to his barber and they had these glass baby bottles with a silicone sleeve, and he said he liked them and we should get some. I thought about talking him out of it, but meh, he seemed excited. So there he goes and buys two bottles at $18 a piece!

blabbermouth - my DH is similar about random baby purchases! He saw a book that the twins had to have (not that we don't have a million books from DS) and when we went on vacation, they needed shirts I think it's so sweet. beefinch - I hate laundry, but putting it away is the worst. And I'm type A about my closet and like everything on color order, so I can't pass it off. Instead, it sits and wrinkles

blabbermouth thanks All were purchased through Zulily. The three on the left (frogs, flowers, stripes) are Zutano brand (which is my favorite brand for girls or boys -- such cute patterns). The blue one is Tesa Babe. I'm all about Carters for pajamas and basics though. I also love the Cat and Jack line at Target. I hit up our local consignment shop for jeans (they have gap kids/baby gap, children's place, crazy8, gymboree, etc.). My boy purchases have been very minimal since I still have everything from DS and the seasons will match up. The only thing I've gotten is an announcement/homecoming outfit (also Zutano). Eta: zutano does run small so keep that in mind. The Tesa babe dress is 6-12months and looks to be the same size as the Zutano 12 month romper/dresses.

Goal of the day is to pick a color (or at least narrow down the color) for the nursery. I really want yellow, but I want it to be soft (but not buttery), if that makes any sense. I'm getting so picky that I wonder if I should start looking at green instead. The bedding is grey and white, furniture is white. So we have nothing to "match" the color to - which also means we aren't tied to yellow.
DH ran out for more color samples and a pizza. I'm praying DS takes a long nap (and that DH gets home with the pizza soon - I'm starving!)

I got really, "ahhhhhhh," yesterday about all that we still have to do. Only 15 weeks, but probably less! And everything hurts, so it's daunting to think about pushing myself to do it all.
It also doesn't help that I am physically incapable of asking for assistance with the big things like painting and organizing. I'm usually very type B, but boy is my crazy side a control freak. I think I just need to cry for a little bit.

Thanks for the details grumpycat! I've never ordered from zulily before. I'm a big fan of zulily. They have a lot of good clothing brands that aren't common in stores or are only available at boutiques. Definitely price check though (books are usually cheaper through Amazon, for example). Shipping does take longer (usually about 3 weeks). Jojomaman Bebe is another brand that comes up that I love especially for their toddler boy clothes.

We went to the park today and I taught DD how to spin on this thing. She loved it, to say the least. PDQ, blah, blah.

For what it's worth, I think my crying spell got DH more motivated to get things done. Plus, I did feel a bit better after the cry.

Or at least he's super nice the rest of the day lol. Surprisingly I've cried very little this pregnancy. Maybe like 3-4 times. 🤔 we shall see what post move pregnant me is like.

BP still consistently between 125/85 and 130/90. Gained a lot of weight quite suddenly in the last two weeks. Cloudy urine. This is very much in line when things went south last pregnancy, so not surprising or anything, just disappointing. Maybe everything will be back to normal by Thursday for my appointment. A girl can dream.
Part of me hopes he starts sending me for growth scans like last time, though, because I did not mind having a thousand ultrasounds. I could do with getting to see this baby's sweet alien face once a week.

Wishing you low BP thoughts misskilljoy! Our friends who had the miscarriage invited us over tonight, so we brought Thai food. It was a pretty good visit. Neither really has family in town and they decided they should probably eventually see real people outside of the hospital and grocery store. They're heading out of town for a couple days now for a little break. They gave me a giant zucchini so I think I'll make chocolate zucchini bread tomorrow, anyone have a good recipe?

Hello! Haven't been around much to post in the last couple days, but I try to lurk through and read at least. misskilljoy fx your BP stays low. beefinch your 4d is so sweet. I'm shocked they do them so early for you. The boutique near me won't do them until at least 30 weeks when baby has more fat on his bones. I can't wait to go get mine done. The boys are excited to go too! I hit 24 weeks last Friday so H bought me flowers and Chinese food for hitting such a milestone.

Omg kid #3 is being a nightmare this morning. He wants help but won't let me help him so he just shouts "HELP PLEASE" over and over again and when I try to help he screams "NO". Thank God he's cute.

quinn, the place I went to like to have the 4D before 32 weeks. 30ish weeks is the normal. But because of the anterior placenta and she's already measuring big, we wanted to do an early scan. I mean I'm 27 weeks so it's not far off! P.S that sounds like DS3 has toddler syndrome lol... mines the same 😂

With DS I was due at the end of May so it was crazy to me knowing that loads of ladies in my M15 BMB were like basically 4 weeks ahead of me, I was so jealous when they started having their babies lol

Thank you quinn!! I might make the cake and the loaf. I think I once heard you can shred and then freeze zucchini, but not totally sure on that. But first I'm making baked oatmeal for breakfast with cherries. DH and I have had nice breakfasts every day this long weekend, it's unusual for us. I'm back to waking up hungry though.
