for some reason this is nowhere near as offensive as cauliflower in oatmeal to me. Lol. I love you too!

Mine is making a hard push for a pet rabbit, and I confess that I am considering it. I would totally get a rabbit if we had a bigger house rabbits are assholes

I tried the new sbux hazelnut drink the other day and it was a mistake. I had this white chocolate hazelnut latte at the roastery a few years back and it was the best coffee I've ever had (admittedly I like sweet coffee). I even bought a few ingredients to try to make it at home, but no luck. White mocha would certainly help. I’m sure whatever you had was better than anything at regular sbux, but did you try mixing hazelnut with sweetened condensed milk? Pretty sure that’s what our white mocha consists of.

I had asked what they used for the hazelnut, and I think it was some kind of fancy paste, I ordered a few to try but they weren't right. I'll try hazelnut with white mocha.

Coffee UO but I live in the land of coffee snobbery and have yet to find a small/local roastery with decent coffee. Corporate coffee tastes better like, ten out of ten times.

I get Timotheé Chalamet and Tom Holland mixed up often.
Maybe UO, but Tom Holland’s “Umbrella” Lip Sync Battle is the greatest of all time and can never be topped.

I was just outside, and it's sunny and warmish today, and reminded me of an UO I have for those interested in a change of topic. I normally hate the smell of cigarette smoke; however, under the most specific of circumstances, I kind of enjoy it on a sunny, warm Spring day while outside drinking a beer. To clarify, I only enjoy the smell, not actually smoking. Huh. I would think that would rank* as one of the worst times to smell cigarette smoke (a sunny Spring afternoon). *no pun intended

It's both truly unpopular and wildly disappointing. I also find snooty coffee people worse than snooty beer/wine people and that's a feat.

I don’t know if this is unpopular but hazelnut coffee always smells so good but tastes terrible to me. I can see this. I love the smell and I like the hazelnut candy and Nutella but I don't think I'd like it as a coffee flavor. Scrolling through and took me a sec to realize we’d moved on from the other nut talk.

I do miss cats but I don’t know that I would have survived the past year if I had to care for yet more living creatures. My cats were not easy going, low-maintenance type though. I miss having dogs so much but I think it would have exponentially made things more difficult if they were around for our cross country move. We're still settling in but plan to get one (and then probably a second one) next year. I'm both excited and scared. Ha.

I have heard this complaint for a very long time, but when I was near my MIL’s I got regular medium roast with cream for the first time in also a very long time, and it was delicious. It was just the Pike’s roast or whatever. Didn’t taste burnt! So now I occasionally get a regular coffee from there. Their cold brew and iced coffee are the best, and I think it’s because they have magical water.

But we don't have dunks so I don't put it in my corporate coffee echelon. For sbux, the roast itself doesn't taste burnt to me, but I prefer Peet's. But as far as espresso, sbux is just as good if not better than pretty much all our locals.

It’s like the scene in Schitt’s Creek where David is sitting in the field with the Amish. I will stop whatever I’m doing to watch it if either come across my feed. Both are perfection .

I haven’t tried too many different coffee places. There was one in Austin I remember I went and had an americano and was blown away by how much better it was than sbux.
The espresso machines are so finicky. I can make 3 of the same drinks in a row and they all taste different. We are supposed to only serve espresso drinks when we get a thumbs up from the machine (a little star that lets us know the shots pulled are good) but on a bad day we get like, none stars so we hand out drinks with “bad” shots constantly. I drink most of my drinks I make myself with bad shots. Most of the time they do taste fine. I don’t know that I trust the machines to tell me when it’s good and bad. I kept getting stars the other day for shitty looking espresso shots.
I don’t know. I don’t think espresso machines are supposed to work this hard 😂 but I do think that’s what can put a bad taste in people’s mouth about Starbucks. It can be very inconsistent. When I drink a perfectly pulled blonde espresso shot it’s 👌

The smell of a freshly lit camel straight is one of my favorite smells in the world. It smells like my dad.

I still think about smoking sometimes. It’s been over 4 years since I smoked and actually enjoyed it. I tried a drag before I got pregnant with DS2 and was so disgusted by it that I don’t think I’ll ever actually enjoy one again, but sometimes it just seems like something I want to do… sit outside and enjoy a smoke.

I’ve been trying to do sugar free vanilla but I’ve been putting a pump of either pistachio or toffee nut in also. I can’t let myself be deprived of all life’s pleasures.

I haven’t smoked in 13 years but every once in awhile the smell will hit just right and I like it. I can see the warm sunny spring afternoon scenario.

Best I've got is I call my child annoying versions of bro. He does not bro or bruh me all that often. I do it far more to him. My husband calls me broseph. I laugh every time. I call my husband broseph.
