Like way to say that you’re sorry by not saying it to the actual person you wrote about He isn’t the least bit sorry as this isn’t the first time he’s attacked Meghan. He’s only sorry now that it seems he’s finally getting a bit of blowback. The fact that it took this long to get that little blowback

Again I am so glad for all the awareness they bring to causes that absolutely need the awareness and that are doing amazing things.
But of course they are posting this and of course they are showing pictures of Will being there

What in the Ruth Bader Ginsburg is Letizia's collar? (No disrespect, of course, to the late and esteemed RBG.)

The Iberian peninsula as a whole is far too accepting of lace collars in adult women's clothing and I've never understood it lol.

Kate's look is fine. Letizia's is not for me.
I'm partway through Part 3 right now, and by the end of Part 2, Harry was getting on my nerves. I've said many times that I think he is out of touch in so, so many ways, and the book shows it again. I think what he was trying to get across in places was that people assumed he had all this money and stuff based on press reports when he really didn't, but.... no. I absolutely get the concept of family money as opposed to his personal money, but some of the sections you would think he was barely able to afford food and then the next chapter he's talking about flying to LA for the weekend and staying at celebrities' houses but it wasn't elaborate because it was for a bachelor party. Like, just because you didn't have a large clothing budget and couldn't access your multimillion dollar trust fund til you were 30 doesn't mean you were financially strapped.
Again, I have a lot of sympathy for him overall with regards to personal relationships, press abuse, and mental health struggles, but the money struggle sections just ring so hollow to me.

The bachelor party was after Diana’s money came available to him. But I do agree with you for sure. I think his point was that he worked and Charles decided when and how much work and how much pay but I guarantee it is more than most of us make in years

Like, I think if he approached it more from how he had to stay in his dad and grandma's good graces constantly to have any income, it might be more sympathetic, but the details just are too much. Again, maybe it's just me. Even pre-Meghan I remember eye rolling at a lot of his "I'm just a normal guy" stuff because his whole existence is so far outside the normal existence. I remember reading an article a few years back that basically said he and William often do the whole "I'm a normal guy" thing because almost all their friends and social circle are super high net worth, living off family money, not having to have normal jobs, etc. so to them, they are completely normal. And that's why they often both lean into how hard they have it with royal engagements - because William's 90 days of work a year is still more than many in their circle do. It was an interesting point.

I feel like Harry is squandering a lot of the good will they built up, and it's hard to have sympathy anymore.

But of course they are posting this and of course they are showing pictures of Will being there I mean, what’s the alternative? Is he supposed to never be photographed in public again? That’s literally his only job at this point. As far as I’m concerned, I think they should all do 3 engagements a day for the next four years. Then it might actually look like they’re doing any work at all. He wasn’t there it was a post using old photos. And like I said before when it happened I get why they do it but you can’t tell me that they don’t pull out shit when it is needed. Will is being dragged for being a bully and racist it isn’t lost on me. I’m fine if others don’t see it that way I do

I really like Kate's look with the jacket. It's not as good just the dress but still okay.
Hate Letizia's. I used to love all her outfits and now it's few and far between
I cant even read what's written here about Harry talking about money problems. Immediate eye roll lol

I haven't been able to get into the book at all. Maybe I should have kept my accidental Audible version and that would have helped. I've struggled to focus while reading books in general the past few years, so maybe that's part of it. I only got to chapter 10
I'm sympathetic towards H&M with both their family shit, but they (probably mostly H) still need better PR people, ghostwriters, etc, because they COULD make themselves more relatable or sympathetic, especially since The Firm keeps proving their points. People that can help keep things short and sweet so there's no "taken out of context"
They were never going to be starving on the streets though. Even if they were completely reliant on friends for transport and shelter they still had access to resources none of us ever will

I love the tiara M wore, and always thought the Queen did her an unintentional solid by insisting on that one.
